First time here- I saw the menu online and we decided to give it a try. We came in at a weird time- our movie ended at 4- so this was a very early dinner. The place was empty, except for a couple of guys at the bar. We were greeted right away and were told that we could sit anywhere we liked, so we got a booth and checked out the menu one last time. Luda was our server and she was super friendly and professional! She took excellent care of us and she deserves accolades for how genuine and kind she was! Sadly the food was a big miss. I ordered the chicken Philly with onion rings and my other half ordered the meatball sub with French fries. My sandwich was really bad. The chicken was dry and the bread seemed to be stale. My onion rings also were over- fried. Daniel’s sandwich was ok- the marinara sauce was tasty but his fries were totally burnt. I would like to maybe try again during the busy time of the day and see if maybe we just got unlucky. Thank you Luda for a lovely time!

Away fr the crowded center of East Greenwich and some other surrounding tourist trap type venues sits an unassuming restaurant from the road, inside however is a hidden gem. Menu choices are endless. Prices very reasonable. Our visit on Thursday eve incl live music. For Gluten Free patrons, this is the spot. Gluten free buns, Keto friendly meals which also are GF. Greek salad was large enough to share and quality was very good. Our waiter was not put off by question of gluten free entrees. Double checked w kitchen TB sure. Steak tips, grilled salmon, and the colossal fish n chips (old English style batter) highly recommend. Everyone that works here greets w a smile and thanks u for ur visit. Give it a try for a budget friendly fool proof experience.

We had a fabulous lunch today. Amanda, our waitress did a wonderful job. She brought us extra napkins up front. She was friendly and helpful. I had the Mac and cheese (cheddar, gruyere, parmesan), a side Caesar salad, and garlicky green beans. I took half home. I asked Amanda to tell the chef that my tastebuds were dancing for joy. Ralph had the meat lovers pizza. He is looking forward to having it for breakfast. tomorrow. We shared a delicious slice of carrot cake.

My family and I had reservations there this past Tuesday. We all had never been here before and wanted to try something new to us to celebrate 3 birthdays that night.

I normally never complain or write to any company but I felt I should since we didn't have the greatest experience. I am not sure if the young man we had was a new waiter or if he just didn't know anything about the menu or alcoholic drinks or if it was a very inexperienced kitchen and bartender. We would ask him questions and he looked dumbfounded each time.

First issue was that one of us ordered the fried buffalo chicken mac and cheese. But received grilled chicken on top of the mac and cheese. And the waiter asked what they would like to do. Obviously they would like the fried chicken instead of the grilled chicken and we asked that a whole new meal with the fried chicken be brought out. Second issue was that my fiance and I ordered Ketel one cucumber mint vodka with club soda. We both got served martinis (!?) and then had to ask about the club soda, which was then brought in a separate glass for each of us and an extra $2.99 each for the soda which was supposed to be part of the drink that we asked for in the first place!! So instead of paying just for our vodka drink we had to then pay $5.98 extra! The eggplant parm I had was not good, way too thick of eggplant slices, at least 2-3 inches thick! We dropped over $260 that night! A refund would be nice. Contacted restaurant,...

My husband and I recently decided to try the Waysider. As soon as we walked in we noticed the place was filthy. We found it odd because it was early in the day 12:30 and they only had maybe 3 tables full and the bar. They sat us next to a RI Department of health inspector . When we received our silverware my fork was dirty. They had no drinks on the menu. The waitresses outfit was dirty like she put it on from the night before. I ordered the Tuscan chicken and french onion soup my husband ordered the fish and chips with chowder. Tuscan chicken was ok very salty along with the French onion soup.My husband’s fish was old and fishy. His fries were horrible they tasted like they were reheated from the night before. I went into the bathroom it was disgusting 🤮 dollar store garbage cans by toilets overflowing, uneven toilets with wedges under them and black droppings along floor. We listened to the Health Department woman behind us tell owner about everything but the dirtiness of this establishment. While we were sitting there the bartender was loud and boisterous somehow he whacked his head in the counter and was bleeding. Huge disappointment for East Greenwhich ‘s expectations!! we will never return. I wrote a review on their Facebook and they erased it. we were recently at End Zone and overheard people complaining about that establishment being too loud and something about the woman owning 5 other establishments. Hopefully we never end up at one of...

Rule number 1 in owning a business, don’t mess with peoples money. Was charged for and given the wrong meal to-go. They were closing so the owner told me “she’d get me next time”. (This was what I planned to eat for the next couple days, so now I have no food and I’m out at least $30) It’s over a 30 minute drive, was only there to do trivia (which was very fun and the only salvation of the night). Following up the next day, (I followed up because I was completely blown away by her indifference the night before) l never even heard from her, she had the kind man who ran the trivia dealing with it, my options offered were that she’d cover my meal next time (by “cover”, you mean the one I already more than paid for?) or get refunded. I chose the refund, but then learned I’d have to go in on Wednesday afternoon, when she is there, to process it. Mindboggled a business owner could be so flippant when they completely messed up all around. They can keep the money and the food, I’ll never spend another dollar there and hope you pick to spend your money where they appreciate their customers a...
