Today my father and I went in, order food. We waited over 30 minutes for them to bring out my side salad. It was busy so we figured they had a lot of orders and probably just couldn't services everyone that quickly. Understandable, but they brought my food back completely wrong, over cooked, 1/2 sides incorrectly. My dads food was mad right. But still took over 45 minutes to be made, they were busy so not terrible but still inconvenient. If I wanted to wait an hour for food I would have cooked at home. They took my food back, I waited, maybe only 12 minutes which was good, BUT at this point I was frustrated and didn't want the food anymore but the lady never came back to the table for me to tell her. Then they "comped" the food they mess up, and still overcharged me. I paid it because I was just ready to go and didn't want to have to wait 30 minutes for them to fix a few dollars difference. I left no tip. Partially I felt bad because it's not always the waitress fault but I just believe she forgot to put the order in, still I could understand that but it was completely wrong when she did put it in, so I had to wait longer. They never came by and checked on the table, no real hospitality, and they overcharged me. Ridiculous. Unprofessional, unprepared, just unfortunate. I love chilis though, been eating there for year. Will definitely go back just not...
Read moreI had a great time here. I’m a familiar with this place; I’ve visited here a few times and the food is always on point. This was my first attempt at ordering a Party Platter fajita trio and it was breathtaking and came with plenty. The Multen lava cake was also great 👌. Most of the times the service is fast as well but the times I've visited were mainly on weekdays. Considering that Fridays and the weekends would be particularly very busy at chilies I would recommend more of a helping hand with the services when it comes to waiting the tables. The waitress was very polite, fast-paced and professional and for this, I’m tremendously grateful but considering the ratio of waiters/waitresses to customers it seemed like all the employees were running around trying to attend the customers. This I can imagine can cause employees to overstress easily when maintaining many many tables, it also doesn’t look professionals when employees are running around everywhere. I believe whoever is managing this franchise should focus a little on the little things that will make this location blossom in a more effective way when it comes to the longevity of the establishment; I know it would make an effective difference. Like always, thank you for the opportunity to dine at this location and especially for the great food, it’s...
Read moreThis was my 2nd time at this Chili’s location and the experience was worse than the 1st, however. I tried giving it the benefit of the doubt.
We went yesterday which was a Tuesday around 6 PM. The staff, specially our waitress was so unprofessional. There was a couple sitting in front of us, I saw the wife tip our waitress in cash. After the couple leaves, she says to another female staff member standing right NEXT to us “She tipped me $3 like it was something, this wasn’t nothing” we automatically cringed!
A few minutes later, our waitress comes to clean the couples table while complaining about management, being very loud and vocal while speaking to another colleague. “ They won’t give me hours, only work 3 shifts every week and wanna call me to fill when people call out, no I’m not doing it!”. We were over it at this point. My friend requested I not tip, however it would not be fair to the rest of the staff. I did leave a tip.
The FOOD was not good. My cheeseburger sliders were cold, cheese wasn’t even melted. My son was disgusted with his order, it was cold as well.
Needless to say, we will not be returning to...
