Arby's — Restaurant in East Huntingdon Township

Went 30 min before they closed and ordered 2 meals and paid for them. When I got to the window the young guy at the register handed me my food and hurried to close the window and locked it. I pulled into a parking spot to eat and realized that they didn’t give me fries with the meals I paid for so I drove back around and sat at the window for 15 min before they would even come over and see what was wrong and when the manager came she opened the window and said they were closed. I told her I didn’t get my fries and she said they didn’t have any so I asked if I could get a refund for the meals and just get the sandwiches and with an attitude she turned to the register and had to ask an employee how to give a refund. I don’t even know if she gave me back the right amount because she wouldn’t give me the receipt. On top of that our sandwiches weren’t even roast beef they were brisket and half roast beef and they were completely smooshed flat on one and the other roast beef sandwich just had one slice of Brisket. Absolutely the worst costumer service...

On Saturdays, August 17th, we ordered two of the burger specials; one Chessy Bacon w/o Cheese and Sauce and a complete Duplex burger. Needless to say the order was overwhelming because the first cheesy bacon came with cheese. Update 11/15/24: we took a chance and went back to the Mt Pleasant Arby’s and ordered the same burgers; this time lettuce, tomatoes, onions were very old and wilted and no favor to the burger; clearly there is a management issue with maintaining quality of their products; we also visit the Greensburg location and their burgers are fantastic. So, it’s apparent the Mt Pleasant location does not want to deal with these burgers. So, we will not visit this location any longer.

Upon returning to the counter, they provided another Cheesy Bacon and it had the sauce included. We could not get the cheesy duplex w/o Cheese and Sause. The Deluxe Burger had no sauce so it will be a while before we go this this particular Arby's location. Please note, this particular location is a training location for Arby...

Check your condiments before leaving Great food. Fast service however I got 4 sandwiches and asked for Arby's sauce and only received 2 packets. I didn't realize it til after I had ready pulled out and didn't want to drive all the way back just for sauce. Kinda bummed cause I was craving the original roast beef for a long while. Not gonna make a fuss about it though cause we all screw up and it's not that big of a deal but it is the most basic part of the job.
