Wendy's — Restaurant in East Huntingdon Township

Do not go here if you want your order correct. Went through the drive through and to my surprise it was someone different working the windows today who actually was very nice, usually that's not the case to begin with... usually any time I've come by for food I get an attitude as im ordering and I might be a picky eater but im still simple, always just ask for the baconator or son of baconator without the mayo. I seem to always get my order messed up and it seems to be 7/10 times it happens, when its made correctly the food is good and I can't lie about it. But lately this place has become a joke. Not sure if the same manager is still there but last year had a situation where they messed up mine and my fiancé's order and when we called and talked to the manager he tried arguing that it was the right order even as we were willing to show him the wrong burgers. We've slowly been trying to come back to this location but its very hit or miss. I mean I get it, its the day before Easter and its stressful but it shouldn't happen every time...

Haven't had Arby's in a while. Food was good service was good with the exception of when I was asking about the sauces, specifically the Arby's sauce and the horsey sauce, I was told to wait until I was receiving my order to ask. Well, I did as requested, under the impression that I would have the availability to do just that. When my order was ready I was asked what sauces I would like, so, I said "I would like two Arby's sauce packets and 5-6horsey sauce packets." The young lady behind the counter said "We are out of horsey sauce." My next statement was "well had I had known that when I was ordering I would not have gotten the curly fries and would have chosen an alternative since I use the Arby's sauce ony fries." Understand shortages and running out of things, however, having this knowledge of not having something helps guide decisions. Oh and BTW, I did ask when they were out of horsey sauce and was told they have been out since earlier today! Seems more focused on sales tactics than customers is all...

I never have a complaint or anything about this place but today I have been treated with nothing but disrespect I went in the drive thru around 12ish and ordered a salad I asked for certain things to not be on the salad due to a new food diet I have to be on not once at the speaker was I told they couldn’t make my food for me was only told I’d have to wait for it to be made but when I got to the window I was told to never order my salad like that during lunch rush because they are pre made and they have to jump off line to make it special for me i then told her not to worry about it because I didn’t know it was pre made she said we will let it go this time but next time don’t order it like that if she didn’t already have my card I would of canceled the whole order I don’t understand where your employees even think that’s okay to say that to a customer and of course I got no receipt to where I could post...
