Ordered food from hear, the delivery driver called and requested me to meet them outside. I notified them that I was in the lobby of my workplace, the driver demanded that I come to his vehicle for my food. 30 seconds later I arrive at his car passenger window, with his car still in drive. He asked my name and phone number, and I joking said the number you called like a minute ago. He clarified angrily that he had to verify it was my order, and as I reached and grabbed my food from him from inside his car, THE DRIVER SPED OFF NEARLY TAKING MY FOOD AND ARM WITH HIM. We then flipped each other off, as you do after you almost get ran over. After returning to eat I realized that my FOOD WAS MADE INCORRECTLY. Calling the store I was finally put on the phone with the manager, I explained that my order lacked lettuce and tomato which I paid extra to add. The manager told me that they are really slow and he witnessed the order being made and that there is indeed extra toppings on my wrap. I explained maybe the wrong wrap was delivered because there obviously isn't and I'd be happy to send a picture. THE MANAGER SAID I DIDN'T NEED TO SEND PROOF THE ORDER WAS INCORRECT BECAUSE HE KNOWS IT WASN'T. After an escalated conversation deciding if the manager has knowledge of what lettuce and tomatoes look like or possibly if I did, I just hung up after informing him that I'll be sending the proof to their company. The call had escalated that I didn't even get the manger's name. The wrap was okay but lacked lettuce and tomatoes, fries were terrible. Wouldn't recommend.

This is a quaint little hole-in-the-wall joint. The food is made quick to order, pipping hot, and delicious - especially for the college crowd rolling around drunk at two in the morning, desperately hoping to fight off the incoming hangover and dealing with a crazy lady back home. They're open well after the bars close so they must have their target audience down to a science. Beyond all that, the music was a little loud and definitely not to my taste, seating is limited (but by design), and the staff actually seemed a little impatient. But if you just want some bomb local cuisine, check this place out for sure. I'd compare it to a wrap equivalent of Big John's Steak & Onion, if anyone out there is familiar.

The service was incredible, the gentlemen was super informative about their options since it was my first time. I had the barbecue sandwich and even though I walked in thinking it was going to be a middle eastern wrap place to see it was very American I am super surprised on how good it was! Their tater tots and fries slap! Amazing service, inside has cool art work with what seemed like no inside dining, for a vegetarian or gluten free person I wouldn’t recommend coming here but if you are a steak or chicken lover then this is your spot! Thank you for the service and quality. Exactly what I would expect for a college town restaurant

I’ve been going here since 2020, during that time I’ve watched quite a fall from greatness that this place used to once be. I used to order the dweeb, mac and cheese bites and broccoli and cheddar bites with rad sauce and get out of there for $20-25 and be able to split it all with my girlfriend and I. Now one burrito almost costs you as much as that. The sides used to cost around $5-6. They’re now $10. They used to include cups of sauce for free. They’re .50 cents now. It’s ridiculous. In addition, the staff has gotten ruder and ruder and there’s always rap music playing and people giving you the side eye. If you ask a question you’re rewarded with a half effort answer with the most pretentious rudeness.. and then they expect a tip. It’s almost as if the owner has no interaction with his managers or staff or just simply tries to achieve an environment where you feel unwanted. The quality of food has also decreased significantly along with items being taken off the menu. I got 2 burritos and Mac and cheese bites and it cost $35 before tip. It’ll be my last time going here unless things change. It’s really a shame. I used to recommend this place to everyone when talking about new places to visit in the Lansing area. Now I tell people...

So I appreciate that this place is open late... I'm from out of town and staying a local hotel and not many places are open late. I took an uber here to get some food. I had a 15 min wait for a return uber. My food was ready immediately. "No biggie i'll have a quick nibble and get back to my hotel room soon"... well there's four or five "no eating in the lobby" signs as I look around... it's cold and snowing outside... not going to hang in the cold just to eat a french fry.

I really needed to go to the bathroom too... alas a "bathroom is for employees only" sign greets me upon searching the lobby.... So now I need to wait 15 mins for an uber to take me to my hotel so I can pee, and eat my cold food. 😆

3/5 stars for being open late. I tipped 20% none-the less. Maybe I'm being too cranky....

These workers should almost certainly deserve to be paid more... I'd just like to use the restroom, especially if im a paying customer... or am I the...
