I normally always get the Caribbean cburst. I add spinach and kale, avocado, acai and pea protein making my smoothie go from a $6 to an almost $10 smoothie. I ask for light ice so that it will all fit in the cup, first of all because I just paid $10 for a smoothie and secondly because they are going to pour the rest of what I just paid for down the drain. How wasteful. The manager argued with me for 5 minutes because I asked him to put the rest of my smoothie in another cup...the smoothie that I had paid for...he said that the smoothies are supposed to be 24 ounces. I agreed that the normal smoothie with no additives would be 24 ounces however I just paid almost $4 for extras to be added. That is why I asked for light ice, because I know when you add extras it increases the bulk. The manager was so rude to me and couldn't seem to comprehend that it is not okay to throw away $4 of someone's smoothie because they made an error and added too much ice. It is not my fault that you didn't look at the blender cup which has lines on it to show where 24 ozs is. That means you should look at the lines to make sure that with ice the contents of the blender are under the 24 oz mark. Especially if the person has asked for that to happen EVERY time they come in! Everyone there has no clue whatâs going on and doesnât care about customers at all. One girl was standing on her phone, one girl was staring at a poster on the wall and the 2 guys were dancing in the back. The new manager seems just about as helpless and the rest of the staff. Not to mention one girl with red hair had her hair DOWN while taking orders and making smoothies, another girl wasnât wearing a hat, and another girl was coughing all over and not wearing a mask.    Read moreRude Staff. I spent 20 minutes inside this place waiting for my order when they were semi-busy. I had to go to work and didn't expect to spend more than 10 minutes waiting. After 20 minutes and I saw the staff behind the counter kind of just "smoking and joking" and not making the orders waiting I talked to the guy at the register and told him if they're not making my smoothie just hand my cash back. He gave a half-hearted apology about the wait and asked me "what my total was" despite me telling him what I ordered. Not knowing the cost with tax(I got a pomegranate plunge) he just gave me a $5 bill, which is less than what this drink cost before tax.
