If I could give this location zero stars, I would. This is THE WORST place regarding service and customer service that I have EVER experienced. I placed an advanced order for 10 pizzas on their website at 12:42 on 2/23/23 for delivery time at my son’s middle school at 6:10-6:15pm on the same date. It’s 6:03pm and I get a text from DoorDash, saying that the business is behind by about 1 hour. I was upset because the pizzas are for an event at my son’s middle school and I ordered in advance to ensure enough time for the business to prepare. I thought maybe I would give them the benefit of the doubt because maybe they are busy or short staffed. Thank goodness for DoorDash and my very informative driver because this location failed to contact me at all regarding my order. They told DoorDash that they just put the pizzas in the oven around 6:15pm and that it would be about 20 minutes before they come out. DoorDash is about an hour into their wait and check on the order to find out the location had canceled it. My doordasher was so frustrated at this point and went in to try to speak with a manager only to have them turn their backs to him and say they did not have time to speak with either of us. I was desperate to get these pizzas to my son’s school since I had already preordered them and was willing to pay for the order they canceled on me. They never had the pizzas in the oven in the first place and they never bothered to contact me to tell me. All I got was an email saying that my order was cancelled at 6:16pm, after the time it was supposed to be delivered to my son’s school. I recently made an online order days in advance and tried calling the day of my pick up to verify that they received my order and that it would be ready for pickup on time. I must have called 25x with no answer. At that point I asked my mother to go to the location to ask them in person because we wanted to confirm, instead of finding out later maybe that they did not receive it. When my mom asked the employee if they received the order, she had an attitude and answered YES! My mom also asked if she could add 3 more pizzas to the order (we weren't sure we would have enough with the original order), the lady raised her voice and said " This is the last time she is going to add pizzas to the order, she ALWAYS does this to us when she orders!" My mom politely asked, who?... The employee said "The lady at the daycare" at this point my mom is confused. We had NEVER ordered from this location in the past nor associated with a daycare, in fact the only reason we ordered from this location was because it was closest to the place my son's birthday party was at. The lady rang her up for the additional 3 pizzas and left the counter, my mom asked for the receipt after paying and she said "You have to wait, I'm busy!" I have ordered from other little Caesar's locations and have never received this type of service, and to be accused of something or being associated with someone I have no connection to is unreal. The order instructions said I could ask for my order from the cashier. Also said I would get email and a push notification. Went to the counter. There were no other customers. Also saw a tall pizza pickup dispenser. Had instructions for entering a code to access my order. My order was the only one in the machine. There were three employees. Two were talking; to me?, to each other?, couldn't tell. I asked. The older, obese, wmn cashier, without looking up from her phone; said she was talking to me. That I shd have brought my phn in. That I needed to enter a code to access my order, the only order in the machine. Another much younger wmn employee, said she could open the machine for me. She did. I asked abt parmesan cheese packets. The grumpy/hostile older wmn employee said they didn't have any. Apparently, this store has never had a new customer. They were less than eager to be helpful or friendly. This store is near a large university. Perhaps they only get frequent student customers who already know their specific procedures.
