Good food, abysmal management. Orders consistently incorrect. No apologies, no genuine offer to try to make things right. Won’t return (to this location).
Location on Harrison road not quite as convenient, but has always been run correctly/no order errors/polite.
Edit: I provided a response as requested to corporate Jimmy John’s, on Friday, December 1, 2023. I have yet to receive any response.
EDIt: still no response from corporate Jimmy John’s , as of 11/2/2024 even though they requested a response and one was provided. No response whatsoever from franchise owner.
We ordered online, paid for online, and picked it up. When we got home, the order was not correct. We did not receive what we ordered and paid for. Absolutely no attempt to rectify whatsoever. No offer to receive a credit. No offer to deliver the correct order. No apology. The only option given was for us to drive back with the incorrect sub we received and exchange it and retrieve the items that were not included in the order. We received an incorrect sub and “ sides” that were paid for were not included at all.. Not convenient or practical to pack things back up and drive back to the store when everyone has sat down already to eat dinner.
We weren’t looking for a full refund. Only a refund for the items that were not included and some kind of concession for the incorrect sub (ham instead of turkey).

This is the only one star review. Some people just want to complain and that’s why they provide reviews. 23 five star reviews, one two star review, and this is the only one star review. This one star review is deserved. Abysmal management (that I dealt with ) and customer service.

Read moreThis has got to be the worst Jimmy John's around. This Jimmy John's is not too far from my place. Every time I come here the entire staff is sitting on the counters and on their cell phones.
Nothing new today. I was the only customer in there, five employees just chilling sitting on their phones. With no acknowledgment that a customer walked through the door until I was at the counter.
I ordered a club Lulu combo. With extra lettuce, extra tomato, add cucumber. There is no extra anything. Meat and cheese were super light. Then I had to bag my own sandwich, asked for extra mayo and mustard packets on the side. While the staff was just sitting there on their phones. Nobody heard me until I had to raise my voice.
There's literally nobody in there. I was the only customer. Worst Jimmy John's around. How is the entire staff sitting down and they still can't make a sandwich right. Jimmy John's you need to do better. I'll never be back. 0...

I have gone 4 times in a row of their drivers either stealing or disappearing my food, not following simple directions like GO TO THE ONE STORE and decide to just toss my food into the road, and I'm sick of it. Not a single time have I gotten a refund, my food, anything. Managers have told me to just let them know next time I order and the food will be comped. Twice now I've had managers tell me I made it up and to get out of their store Today made an order not using my normal name and it's been 4 hours and when I call I get the busy line. Is JJ just a constant con? Or am I just lucky enough to deal with the worse staff JJ can provide? Staff should all be fired.
