So i went about 3 am and they were only excepting cash. After placing my order and paying for it, I wasn't given or asked if I wanted a reciept I assumed it was in the bag. Secondly the employees were horsing around while I was at the first window to make my payment, 3 employees saw me and i waved for assistance but i was ignored so i pulled up to the second window. I felt like the employee was making it sound like it was my fault no one was at the first window so instead of causing a ruckus i went with it, than she made a huge mess after she handed my food to me and pop went everywhere when she realized i was still at the window waiting for my drink. To be honest if she would have been at her post preparing the beverages and not horse playing with the other employees this would have been a better experience. After the mess I recieved a cup of Dr Pepper that was actually 5/8 full and the cup was covered in soda to the point I could see it dripping as she handed it out the window, I asked for a new cup because i didnt want my cup holders to get sticky and I told her this instead she just did a quick wipe. At this point I just wanted to get home to eat, which upon arrival 2 minutes later because i only live 3 blocks away i noticed my fries were at room temp not hot at all. The 2 cheeseburgers i ordered were at room temp not hot the buns were hard on top in center and bottoms were the same so they were not freshly made. I was going to return it but after looking through the bag I realized I had no reciept. My biggest concern at this point is im an uber eats driver and if my food is this horrible than I can only imagine what my customers are recieving and im sure its not much better. I hope someone reads this and addresses this issue and many others, because I have worked in the food industry while in highschool and this customer service which happens often would have been unacceptable and I saw people actually lose thier jobs over this behavior. Im just hoping something is done so that I can have a better experience in the future and so will my...
Read moreWe had the worst experience at a McDonalds ever, anywhere - here. This store should not be open, currently. They appear to be understaffed and poorly managed. As bad as the service was, the food quality was worse. Trust me, I’m sorry to provide a single star review rating. It started with a hand written sign on the west entry door saying “dining room closed” at 3pm on Friday. So, we retuned to our car to order through the drive-thru. Unfortunately, we could not fully understand the person speaking to us, as her accent was very heavy. We were informed that there were no soft drinks or milk shakes available. Once we did order, we waited 13 minutes only to receive a cold fish sandwich, a poorly assembled Big Mac sandwich and NO French fries, as ordered. Seeing that the east entrance door was open, I went back into the restaurant to ask the service person for French fries which were ordered and paid for. Upon entry, I saw that at least 12 tables were full of customers and the dining room was actually open??? Very bizarre. The service person at the counter was very curt with me. But she did sent me off with some cold French fries. Back in the car, as we drove off, we discovered that the fish was cold on the fish sandwich, as was the bun it was served on. We will NEVER go back there again. It’s my recommendation that you stay clear of this operation until the pandemic ends and they hire qualified management and...
Read moreThis was possibly the worst fast food experience I've ever had. I was there for a door dash delivery, and the entire experience lasted nearly an hour, for which I earned a whopping 3 bucks. Also, my customer also had a terrible experience, since a minimum of 15 minutes of the wait was because no one bothered giving me the order when it was finished! I was at the counter, with my big door dash bag prominently visible, plus I had communicated with two separate employees the I was there for that order. There woman who bagged it just put the stickers on, and let it sit there while she moved on to the other orders without even glancing toward the counter. Had I not finally spoke up asking if they were waiting on an item or what, I don't know how long I would have stood there waiting. She moved like molasses and acted as though being there, doing her job, was the worst possible thing in life that she could have been doing and she nearly always completely ignored me or anyone else who tried to talk to her, or heaven forbid ask a question. If I had ever acted that way for even a moment during the many years I worked fast food restaurants, most of which were McDonald's, I would have been fired immediately, guaranteed. Not that I could ever, EVER act that way, even for a moment. Just abhorrent. I may never go to that location again it was so bad. No...
