First I am a loyal customer of Starbucks. I purchase daily from various locations. This location has failed to measure up to Starbucks standards on too many occasions which has promoted me to write this. Example #1 of their service: I order on the app from the location down the street. I chose the location because I needed the drive thru. As it turned out they were closed for a strike so it sent my order to this location without a drive thru or near by handi-cap parking area. I called the store and asked for help. She all but said that's too bad. I asked to cancel order as I could not go in! She said no, I would need to call Starbucks. Can you send to a different location? "No, your coffee is on the counter"..I tried several times without luck to reach someone at Starbucks HQ so never received coffee or money back. Today I ordered through Doordash. I order 2 identical drinks. I pulled one out of the bag and thought thats odd it's mixed...I took a drink and it only dribbled out. There was way too much ice. Using a slotted spoon I removed ice. After removing most of the ice there wasn't even an inch and a half amount of coffee and there was still ice in it. I removed the ice from the other coffee to store in the refrigerator for later. I had just short the normal amount. I believe I received one Venti in two Venti Cups. I called the store. Someone who was "acting Manager" said I could come in to get it fixed. I was on Saturday before heading to splash for a piercing with friends. I have a coffee club card that I recieved at the Williamston D&W location and asked if I could have it punched. Andrew was very passive and rude to me about it. At one point he asked me if it was a real program or if it something that could be fabricated, which is indirectly implying that I FABRICATED IT.
Like I have time to sit around and make a punch that had ONE punch out of it. He could have kindly just let me know this location doesnt participate and I was fine with that but instead he went on about if it were real and implied I made it. I will not be going to this location again.
Someone should speak to Andrew about his tone with customers. I am a bartender so customer service comes naturally to me. I would be happy to come in and teach Andrew a trick or two...
Read moreExcellent customer service. They clearing lines very quickly without making ordering seem rushed or sacrificing drink quality. Many of The baristas are hspoy to take very complicted orders. Nobody rolls their eyes st you for paying for your fifth refill while you've been working there all day. It's set up to do work on a laptop a counter with tall stools but there is also ample room setup for group meetings. They have some of the most comfortable lounge chairs that I have ever had the pleasure to sit in at a Starbucks, complete with foot rests. Ample outlets to charge your devices and very clean bathrooms (especially for the number of customers that they serve). It is very well layed out: they sre often packed without it seeming "crowded."
