I came into this McDonald's for the first time today around 7:06 am to get orange juice before I started my work shift. A very polite young lady (wluvi) told me she'll be right with me. A manager then told me that I will need to make my order using the touch screen. I informed her that I didn't know how to use it as I haven't been to a McDonald's in years. The young lady (Wluvi) proceeded to help me make my order and checked me out without any issues. She was very polite. On the other hand, the manager didn't seem polite to me for some reason and after I checked out, I noticed that every customer that went to her line didn't have to use the touchscreen and she greeted them. I found that pretty odd because I only ordered an orange juice while everyone else had larger orders. It seems like I was being discriminated against. Anyways (Wluvi) should be promoted to a manager because she showed great customer service and had the willingness to help me instead of the manager. I am giving this McDonald's a 1 â because on the manager but want to shine light on my experience with Wluvi....

Sharon is the best employee and best service shes very good at service shes a Legendary Employee she deserves employee of the year awards. Keep in mind that Newer Employees are still new to the MyMcdonalds Rewards redemption that they do often get confused that i have to film the Touchscreen order Slots since sometimes they couldnt print out that i had to also take a pic of my order number so the new Employee could connect that number. You may get orders wrong but be very detail on orders to newer unfamiliar employees so it can be easier for them when time goes by they...

The poor lady received a lot of eyes rolling, body shifting hand on the hip, attitude from your cashier, because she was paying for her food in change. And then she ended up being 11cents short. Your cashier told her she didn't have enough in a nasty tone. so I decided not to order a coffee on top of her order for her. Paid for her whole meal.. and I walked out, I now promise I will not step foot on any McDonald's property.. I'm not saying she should have received her meal even though she was short 11 pennies.
