I'm writing this review after reading the one star reviews, ghastly horror stories, while I paying my first visit to this store. I ordered a coffee from the kiosks, coffee was ready at the counter in less than 5 minutes. Exactly what I ordered: decaf... so there was no anxiety attack. I sat in the dining area, clean tables, clean floors, barely any foot traffic in the store at 6am. There were a few transients inside having coffee to stay warm, as I was too, and they weren't making any disturbance. I'd say that business was running smoothly the morning I was here, staff was working diligently behind the counter and showed no acts or rudeness or shade, very upfront which is typical in the fast food industry. I gave 4 stars because there was no cashier taking orders, most businesses are converting to using kiosks to recieve their food orders, just how it is now. I've Never been here before. I work an early shift, tried going to starbucks for a hot beverage to keep warm at 50 degree weather at 6am, they closed their doors while mcdonalds was open with a clean seating area. I enjoyed the time here before work and the coffee was pretty good. Not watery or stale, fresh hot coffee. It's really not that bad here, Don't let the reviews...
Read moreThey literally skimmed our debit card information at this location, we only used it once that day and it was at this location. Idk which employee it was but it was this location. They tried to order 200$ worth of dominoes and 90$ at Wingstop The people gave us the address to the people who ordered that off our card and they live within walking distance of this McDonald's and the name they used was "Jesus" . I doubt they used their real name. But ya , we confronted the manager , they could care less, we confronted the people at their house and they were GUILTY GUILTY GUILTY . luckily the pizza guy called the driver and canceled their 200$ order. Hahaha don't go to this McDonald's or trust them with your card here...
Read moreAll I can say is that mcdonald's shoulda manage there managers a lot better well at least 1 of them. My mother in law experience was poor sadly. One customer in front of her ordered a large strawberry shake received a small one instead. Then informed the manager that was there was a mistake and was asked to say please by the manager that had taken the order. My mother in law who's allergies to cheese ordered two plane hamburgers received 2 cheeseburgers. This of course was done by the same manager.
