Yum Yum Donuts — Restaurant in East Los Angeles

Customer service from the Spanish speaking man with tattoo on his right forearm is horrible; has a very rude way of treating and attending customers. My food order took longer than usual and when asking about it, he answered very frustrated and rudely that they also take phone orders and to wait my turn, to which I answered, to please next time when one is ordering in person to let them know of wait time when paying. I waited about 15-20min for 2 bagels and never was I told it was going to take that long. The owner Doña Candy is very courteous and attentive to customers and should reconsider allowing this man to treat and attend customers. If so, please Doña Candy, talk to him so he can treat customers with respect and when attending others. I ordered on the phone in order to pick up my food quickly because I was in a rush, not only did the workers give my order to another customer but they were also being very ignorant and rude to me when I confronted them about it. They accused me of calling the wrong location to try and justify their mistake and when I showed them that it was the right number they began speaking to me in a rude manner. I’m a regular customer here and this as never happened before but I really didn’t appreciate the way they treated me when it was their mistake like I said before so I will be avoiding this location from now on because I don’t want my day to be ruined again by the attitudes of...

Excellent employee. Went in on afternoon of 2/1/17 looking for my favorite tuna sandwich. First time at this location. Was helped by a lil old hispanic gentleman. Very nice and polite. Made an awesome tuna melt on an onion bagle for me.

Watched him as he made sandwiches for the lady before me and he took his time and put great effort into making sure her sandwiches were made nicely too.

Not sure if he is the owner but if he isn't Yum Yum needs to award this guy with his own location for the amount of care he put he is putting...
