Applebee's Grill + Bar — Restaurant in East Marlborough Township

Normally I have a great experience at this location, but recently they dropped the ball. My family and I choose to drive out of the way to come to this location versus the Applebees location closest to us because it is usually superior in food and service quality. I came here with friends specifically for Late-Night 1/2 Price appetizers. When looking at the appetizer menu, I was deciding between boneless or bone-in wings and decided to get the bone-in wings thinking they were half-price. I was not completely satisfied with the wings quality, but thinking they were half-price I was content to pay that. When I received the check I was very confused as to why the wings were $17 instead of half-price. I did not want to argue it with the young, probably new server at 10:30pm while my friends were waiting to leave. But I do feel completely unsatisfied with the meal and the price. And if Bone-in wings are not included on the half-price apps it needs to be much more clear, as I would have definitely ordered the boneless...

This location is by far the best applebees in a 50 mile radius of us. It was BUSY, but everyone was beyond nice and when my steak came out wrong, the waitress made it right and then the manager still came and apologized and gave me an extra salad while I waited for the refire (which was perfect!). The manager here cares and it shows on how everyone is treated and the true smiles on every employees face. Something that touched my heart was the elderly couple behind us were having some problems walking (seriously adorable couple!) And staff took time to walk them to their tables and treated them like royalty. I mean making sure they had everything they could need and making it a point to say hello to them (not just their waitress, many did!). I'm not sure if they were regulars since this was our first time here, but it was so nice to see how well taken care of they were (as we all were, even slammed, nothing went unnoticed, even our 9 month old wanting a high 5!). While waiting for our appetizers a girl cleaning the table next to us (upper level on my right) sprayed whatever she was cleaning with all over my face, in my eye and mouth, across our entire table into drinks and napkins/app plates at opposite end of table. When I told her she sprayed my face, she could not have cared any less, didn't stop wiping the table, looked me dead in my eye and gave the driest, most emotionless "sorry" ever uttered. I told her it was in my eye and mouth, she continued wiping the table. I told her to get the manager and her response was "in a minute" and continued wiping the table. My eyeball is burning and she continues cleaning the table. I found the manager myself, who only asked who did it. I pointed to the girl who walking through the restaurant and we left.
