Buddy's Burgers, Breasts & Fries — Restaurant in East Marlborough Township

Let me first say that in the past my experience with Buddy's Burgers has been overwhelmingly positive.

My last several orders had a few minor mix ups where it was just enough that I felt something should be communicated to the team. I was introduced to Lance, the man in charge at Kennett, and was overwhelmed with his commitment to the customer. Not only did he rectify the last few mix ups, but he went well above and beyond what was required.

I will never question Lance's concern for making sure the customer is completely satisfied and his presence can only be positive for all the other members of the team.

Everything else, in terms of food, will speak for itself. The burgers were delicious, fries were amazing (recommend the cheese sauce), and this is all paired with a staff that cares. When I want burgers it's...

Never heard of Buddy's before last night.1st time here last night before concert at Longwood Gardens and We were very impressed with the food. We were going to Applebee's next door and glad we chose Buddy's. They said the fries were hand made but we saw an employee reach in the bag to remove them to cook. The bag wasn't one they put them in because they were frozen in a package bag. She should be using Tongs because she or the cook did not have disposable gloves on and should have. The food was great though. I had a chicken sandwich and the chicken was very tender where many places the chicken breast can be tough to bite either because they don't tenderize them with a mallet or seasoning. It was very good. My husband had tenders and fries. He said the only thing he wish they had was a variety of hot...

I'd give no stars if I could. Been a couple times.. Food is decent... If they get your order right. Both times we went our order was wrong. Today we were at Walmart and I attempted to call in an order. Young lady answered the phone and asked if I could be put on hold for 1 minute.... She proceeds to put the phone on the counter... While I listen to her take order after order... For 40 minutes! It became comical. Listening to her have to repeat the order and fix Every order because she got it wrong... Then literally hear customers come up to the counter to say theyre food is wrong. After 45 mins of listening to this clown show the phone was finally put on an actual hold.... Then I was hung up on! Place is a joke they have zero idea how to handle customer...
