Capriotti's Sandwich Shop — Restaurant in East Marlborough Township

Horrible service. Horrible sandwiches. Horrible manager. Horrible employees. Incompetent team associate took my order, then I waited over 20 minutes while several other customers got served and left before me. The guy that took my order took forever to make my sandwiches & no one stepped in to help. I even watched him leave to take a several minute bathroom break before returning to my order. The manager watched him being inefficient & knew I had been waiting a while and did nothing to help complete my order. She was useless and rude behind the counter. The employee and the manager should be fired. I ordered 2 homemade turkey subs with cheese and a Bobi. It am truly appalled. After all the years of Capriotti's being THE premiere sandwich shop in our area, I understand there have been changes made to the restaurant by Corporate, who now runs the stores. I just ordered a cheese steak with fried onions. The roll was tasteless, the meat filled with gristle and there are barely any onions on it, let alone mayo which I requested AND no sweet peppers on the side as requested. The second sandwich I ordered (a turkey sub) is missing the amount or turkey previously used on it. The request for this sandwich was extra oil and mayo with sweet peppers. You guessed it: not there. I absolutely love the hot Bobbie, but I have officially given up on this place. Out of the first 4 times I ordered, my order was incorrect twice. My request: no cranberry (not a crazy request in my opinion). On the first time, I threw out my sandwich and took the loss. On the second time, I returned the sandwich and requested a refund. They apologized and said my credit card would be refunded within 48 hours but it never was. Since then, I have accidentally tried to go twice after 6pm on a Friday (closed). Dumb, but my own fault.
