Subway — Restaurant in East Marlborough Township

I will not be visiting this store to pick up orders to deliver again. While the staff is not mean, there is an at least middle-aged Indian lady who needs to be more proactive and provide better customer service.

She keeps on telling me what to do with little things and it is annoying. One day I asked if they had a public restroom and she said, “Yes, it is in the back, just turn off the light”. I have never had an employee tell me as a customer or gig worker to turn off the bathroom light. I did, but that is her job if someone forgets.

Today, she was mopping and I asked for the order, and she pointed to the counter. She did not say, “It’s in the counter, you can grab it”. When I went to go pick up the bag, it ripped a bit and she said, “Careful”. I just...

Thanks to the store not correctly updating their hours on Google Maps and on Subway app, I ordered and went to the store, only to find it closed. Reached out to store to get refund for the order but all I got was a generic apology from the owner, darshan patel. I haven’t back after I requested for the refund on the order.

Avoid it if you can but call the store beforehand...

The young lady attending did not wash her hands after handling the previous customer 's money and proceeded to reused her gloves. I then asked her to change her gloves and she did...however, it I haven't said anything she would have used the dirty gloves. She needs to be train and follow the regulations for handling...
