McDonald's. What can I say. They appeal to the masses of people who are in a hurry and need a sodium and sugar fix. They keep their soda at a particular temperature so that it brings out the best in the flavor of their Coke! I read somewhere that this is their secret on having the best darn tasting regular Coke around. And it is true in my opinion. If you are a genuine Coca-Cola aficionado, you've got to try McDonald's Coke. However, I must say that their other items for sale are rather lackluster. To get the best tasting food, I always ask that the french fries are dropped fresh and that any other product that is fried to be dropped fresh as well. This way it hasn't been sitting around deteriorating in flavor and texture. For a good example of this try their french fries when they're not busy and then ask for an order later of french fries that have been dropped down into the grease fresh and you receive them piping hot preferably with a large Coke. Also, I know this is really getting kind of nitpicky but the coke is actually quite cold when it comes straight out of the tap because they refrigerate the water and syrup so you don't need ice which only waters down your beverage. I must say, they have the best french fries in my humble opinion but only if you get them piping-hot fresh with a bit of salt and of course a side of a large Coke. I could go into more detail about their sandwiches desserts, salads, yogurt and such but I'll save that for another time. Thanks for hanging in there and reading this down to the very end. Enjoy your next visit at McDonald's with a large Coke and piping hot...
Read moreI used the drive thru to order a big breakfast. Very disappointed I have learned my lesson the hard way with their drive thru's. This time I'm in "drive-thru", I did not get silverware (I have no idea how they expected me to eat, I'm not a dog) so along with no silverware, no butter, no salt & pepper, no napkins and to top that NO HASH BROWN! That comes with the breakfast. If you don't know what comes with the order why do you work there? Also instead of leaving separate messages, it's the same place - why do you consistantly put cheese on everything? When I go I ask and say @ least 5 times when ordering- NO CHEESE PLEASE! PLEASE NO CHEESE ! That doesn't have cheese right? They Always promise me it has no cheese. 🙄🙄🙄 I give up and quit eating there except for breakfast every now and then. I do not care for cheese. I have no clue how many sandwiches I have thrown out do to cheese. I could probably eat there free for 7 months on all the money I've thrown away in food due to cheese. Then if you call them....... we can replace it if you come back. Hello....I'm already home!! So then they ask your name so you can tell them when you stop by the next time and receive a replacement. Surrrreeee, then they "can't find your name". My biggest suggestion is if you special request something like NO CHEESE, silverware or condiments, do not leave that drive up window until you have...
Read morePlaced a mobile order pick up arrived shortly after 6:30pm. it was by no means busy and i had a very small order (2 fries and 2 shakes) i was told to pull over to the side because my 2 shakes weren’t finished. i proceeded to sit and wait for 15 minutes before i decided to go in. while waiting to talk to the cashier, a girl was reaching over from the other side of the counter placing her own order through the P.O.S system. the poor young man running the register was very polite when i asked for my shakes and he want to talk to someone about it (presumably his manager) i could then hear her yell at this young man. when i only received one of my shakes, i asked the manager herself when she came around the counter for my 2nd shake and she had a very nasty attitude with me as well. i can only guess she was frustrated with her staff or something else. i’m very considerate with fast food employees and understand they deal with a lot of B.S everyday. i never leave negative reviews, but i think it’s wild the manager was getting frustrated with me when i was the one that was very patient and polite during the...
