We had an older lady Deborah as our server this evening, our order was wrong ( the salads we ordered we asked for no cucumber or tomato and it arrived with both things) my breakfast order was wrong as well. She stayed on top of making sure our drinks were full but that was it. She saw that plate of salad was untouched and didnât bother to ask what was wrong. Then when the bill arrived we left 15.00 tip and she got upset and said weâre supposed to leave at least 20%. As we walked out the door she told the gentleman at the front that we were a bad table and she doesnât know why we came in. As a server myself I believe she got a tip based on the service she provided. The manager Tommy did what he thought was the best solution which I did appreciate him being apologetic. However Deborah needs customer service training on how to be professional, tips arenât mandatory and she should be grateful for what she was given. I can say from personal experiences that way too many times Iâve seen servers left with no tips at all or only a few bucks when they deserved more, that tip couldâve been all the extra money someone had. Considering how slow it was and how she said sheâs barely had customers this weekend she shouldâve been more grateful for the 15.00 vs nothing and if she paid attention to our order she wouldâve had 40.00. We wonât...

I want to be completely honest with everyone who has read my original review (which I know has been viewed over 3,000 times). Unfortunately, I feel I gave a false impression of this Dennyâs and particularly the service I received. I was pressured by my server, Debbie, to leave a positive, five-star reviewâshe insisted on it before we even ordered our food, which made me uncomfortable. I felt coerced and felt I had no choice at that moment.
The truth is, the service was terrible. Debbie was rude and condescending, and made me feel foolish during my visit. The food was just OKânothing special. The atmosphere was fine, typical for a Dennyâs, but sadly, the experience was overshadowed by how I was treated.
I regret that my initial review may have steered people the wrong way. I apologize for not being able to correct the original post, but I hope this update gives an accurate account of my experience for anyone considering dining at this location.
Thank you for understanding.
Original review; Really enjoyed our time here at this Dennys location. The food is always great with great prices and the service on point, Debbie was terrific! We will be...
Read moreI was really glad to see a new Dennyâs open up in the area. Iâve always loved their foodâespecially the milkshakes. Over the years, itâs been hard to find a location that still makes them as good as I remember. So when I saw this new spot open, I was excited and hopeful.
To my pleasant surprise, the milkshakes were actually really good! They reminded me of the old Dennyâs shakes I used to enjoy. However, I was pretty disappointed by the size. The to-go cup was tiny. I even took a picture because it honestly looked a bit ridiculous, especially for what you pay.
I ordered four shakes (all the same flavor) as a small treat to surprise my coworkers with the news about the new Dennyâs in town. I didnât make any special requests, and I certainly wasnât rushing anyone. But when the waitress handed me the bag, she made a comment along the lines of, âWhat a time-consumingâ That really caught me off guard.
Itâs disappointing to feel like a standard order is considered a burdenâespecially at a restaurant
Overall, the shakes tasted great, but the portion size and customer service left a lot to be desired. I really hope this location improves because it has a lot...
