Went with my 2 daughters on Friday. Waited 10min for them to figure out who was serving us. Found out that our waitress was new (only there for 2day) and they left her to fend for herself not knowing what she was doing at all. Got our food. Ordered new menu item ( Long John dipped in French toast batter and covered in Strawberries) breading on ends were fine, but then took a bit of the filling and literally had to spit it out immediately into my napkin as my eyes watered and choking back vomiting on the table. It literally tasted like it was filled with the thickest possible HAIR Conditioner! Very politely asked for manager. Not trying to get free food, just trying to make sure NO ONE ELSE got served this obviously terrible menu item. Manager was not listening to my concern for others, only wanted to argue with me that they just heat the itend that come preprepared from the warehouse( I understand that, I'm not an idiot). I just wanted him to prepare one himself and check it out to make sure the others would be ok to serve other people, but he was to busy arguing about the fact that there was no possible way that there could be something wrong with it. I even asked if he could just smell mine, as it smelled so strong of chemical, that I knew if he just smelled it, he would understand what I was trying to tell him. I knew that the conversation was getting no where so I just said" Nevermind, this whole thing is not accomplishing anything, I'm just trying to prevent another person from experiencing what I just did but obviously you just don't care so please ask my waitress to bring my check so I can pay it and leave". The service was terrible waited to get seated for about 15 minutes only to have the host ask how many people and he left. After another five minutes another party came in and were seated before us which for the record was a larger party than ours and came in after us still waiting for the host to come back. In the end I waited 30 minutes to get seated only to leave to find somewhere else to eat.
The outside looks a little run down trash around the parking lot. Has a sign stating it’s recommended to wear a mask but don’t enforce it on their own employees.
I understand that the manager should be a friendly person and greet and say hello to customers but I don’t agree on him shaking hands tapping shoulders and then passing to the next table doing the same routine we are still going through a pandemic and believe you should at least bare minimum wear a mask and sanitize your hands after each table encounter as it is a easy way to transmit germs and spread Covid-19.

We were in their last night thank goodness it didn't take us long to get a table but absolutely ridiculous on the fact that there were probably 40 people off and on that came in behind us and ended up leaving because they couldn't get waited on. You only had 3 tables with people at it but you have a restaurant and I don't know how you stay in business. They couldn't get anybody to even greet them to let them know they would be seated soon or anything. You had 2 girls working the floor one was bussing tables and the other 1 was taking orders and the girl who took our order took it quickly and we got our food quickly but it was very disturbing to see no one greeting customers at the door. And your phone was ringing off the hook and no one was answering the calls customers waiting in line finally started picking your phone up which was outrageous. You could have so much business in this place but you don't take care of your customers or your employees by having enough on staff to help them. The bathroom (women's) was disgusting! I'm giving you 2 stars only because of the waitress that did take care of us but as far as the rest of your place and the way you handle your customers and your employees I would give you a 0.
