Walked in the restaurant. There were no tables clean. I had to wait no problem. The place was busy. So I sat down at first assuming those were the waiting chairs. Then I stood up After a few people got up there was a couple whom had come in after me and Ava immediately acknowledged and seated them. Ava didn't even come back to see if I had been helped or if I needed to order or be seated. Bad customer service ethics. Summer an associate is such an attentive person. She immediately clears an area for me and apologize as well as smiled. Summer is very throuall and she attends well to meet the needs of all customers. 5 stars for her she could be the next manager. I spoke to the manager 5 stars to him also whom understood me He was also great. The food was good as well. Thanks to Summer and the Manager. They turned around what could have been an uncomfortable experience to a experience worth bragging about. As for Ava she really needs continuous customer service training. Read moreI am an employee of Avow and we utilized the Waffle House's catering services last week for an Employee breakfast. The end result was a ready and hot meal, which the outpour of positive comments made the event a HUGE hit to the staff, including myself. The beginning of the journey to find an affordable catering company lasted two weeks of endless phone calls and chasing throughout the community. We contacted our friendly neighbors in a desperate attempt to provide food a couple days before we were expecting over 100 employees to this event. Jermaine was instrumental in the advanced notice, prep, and communications leading up to the event a few days away. Sophie was another wonderful addition to the coordination team, as she facilitated and provided everything we needed the day before and the morning of. Every encounter was beyond helpful and friendly, the service was top notch, and the staff making the food created delicious waffles, bacon, and eggs, and everything else was phenomenally clean! Read moreWalked in and the counter at the bar was dirty. Took my order and my plate was sitting at the grill with my eggs for almost 15 minutes. I asked the server how much longer and that my eggs were sitting there for 15 minutes. Never came back to me to let me know what is going on. Finally couple minutes later she stated that is was going to be a replate. The plate still sat there and the manager ignored it. I said I have to get going to work after 20 minutes passed. Still nothing being done. They had enough employees working 4 at the grill. Nothing still was done and I left pissed off. This waffle house is getting worse in Naples. Everyone talking about everyone complaining about other employees. Service sucks and I have been going there a long time. Someone needs to clean house there and start over again. What a joke.
