Kraft Cafe — Restaurant in Florida

I really hate leaving negative reviews, but I do feel my experience should be brought to management’s attention. As a barista myself, i’ve been trying all the different cafes around naples, I was excited to try the Kraft Plazas cafe as it’s 5 away from home, but I was very disappointed. The lady behind the counter had excellent customer service skills, she was very polite and made me and my boyfriend feel welcomed. I got a vanilla latte and my boyfriend got a matcha latte and everything bagel, the flavor of the espresso isn’t my personal cup of tea, but my biggest problem with it was it was pored directly onto ice, which shocked the espresso so it developed a sour taste. My boyfriend’s matcha wasn’t good, he wasn’t even able to drink it. It appeared with a grayish hue and it wasn’t mixed causing clumps of matcha powder to accumulate at the bottom of the cup, meaning it could very well be out of date or stored incorrectly. The food is so so boring and uneventful. It's saids there is suppose to be all kind of veggies hummus etc but always a few things missing. Today was the third time I have eaten...
