Perkins American Food Co. — Restaurant in Florida

My husband my grandauters and I went here on Sunday for dinner. We have been going here FOR YEARS., somestimes several times a week., but since the pandemic the food has REALLY gone to the trash. EXSPECIALLY in the last several months. My husband ordered the sampler EVERYTHING was over cooked the mozzarella Stix had NO cheese left in them., just the shell. I ordered the turkey dinner it had been microved to the point that the mashed potatoes were crisp around the edges and my stuffing came under the turkey and they were BOTH DRIED OUT enough that I didn't even eat the turkey. My husband mentioned it to the waitress and she said she would take care of it. Yes carshier took a whopping 10% off our bill. Which I really appreciated, but my point is the food should not be being microwaved EXSPECIALLY to death. I can do that at home. My family and I have decided that we are NOT GOING BACK TO PERKINS. WE'LL FIND A NEW FAVORITE PLACE TO DINE. BECAUSE PERKINS HAS GONE...

I ordered chicken biscuits with American cheese and bacon, cheesy eggs, and potatoes. I got a sausage biscuit with has browns and no cheese on my eggs. I told the server and she came back with country fried steak and pancakes. At this point I just wanted to leave. I was charged for the later at first. Spoke to manager and she charged me 3.50 for my cheesy eggs that I finally got and ate. By the time I got them my boyfriend was done eating. It's like a slap in the face that being there an hour I never got the food I ordered and so I nibbled on something while waiting and got charged for it. The only thing that came out right was the no gravy.... Spent over $22 for two drinks and a sandwich my boyfriend ordered and the eggs I got charged for.. I always had a good time at Perkins but I guess we will go elsewhere for breakfast now. I've been a manager before and this was not...

Perkins used to be one of my favorite restaurants to stop in for breakfast this Perkins is the worst Perkins I have ever eaten at the inside of the building is falling apart and smells like mold the food was disgusting this restaurant couldn't even make pancakes right probably 1 of the worst restaurant experiences I have ever had.The waitress after delivering our food never came back all once except to leave the check my drink was empty 5 minutes after she brought it never asked me for a refill After me and my wife didn't eat our food because it was cold and nasty the waitress or the person checking us out at the front did not ask us how our meal was I'm sure they knew as it was still on our plate when we left Find a different Perkins to visit this one has...
