German tourists, we have been in Naples / Ft. Myers area for more than 25 years, always for the months of October and November. Today at the Naples Hooters restaurant we had a really bad experience. We (a group of 4) ordered a pitcher of beer with 3 glasses and a Sunrise Martini. After 5 minutes our waitress came back and said she was sorry but they did not have all the ingredients for the Martini. So I ordered first a regular Mojito and changed my mind for a Mango Mojito. It took 10 minutes for the waitress to bring the pitcher and 2 glasses promising she would bring the third glass immediately She passed by our table 3 or 4 times without the third glass. So my husband walked inside and picked up a glass at the bar himself. Then the waitress came with a Mojito, but it was not the Mango Mojito. After we had our food (which was good as always) we ordered a Kahluha with Baileys. The waitress came back again, and we had to order a different booze because there was nor Kahluha. Eventually we got the booze in normal glasses, because they were out of the special hooters glasses which we had ordered from the menu. Why didn't she tell us before??? In the end we had to wait long before our check came and when she came back with our credit cards she had no pen. She said sorry for the xth time and she would right be back at our table with a pen. So after a while we found a pen in my bag and we left before she came back. That was the first bad experience at a Hooters restaurant. Somebody took off my drink from the bill because I was inside to tell them how bad we where served. The guy said it was unacceptable. The only thing he did was taking my Mojito off the bill. By the way, another Hooters girl brought us another pitcher of beer we never ordered and it was not on our bill. I think there is a lot of things in bad order. Who is the manager at that Hooters of Naples # 369 ????????? How about teaching your staff !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (by the way, the name of that utmost talented waitress...
Read moreWe stopped for lunch before heading back home to Fort Lauderdale. We ordered Fried pickles, tater tots, Philly cheese steak w/ fries, boneless wings, and two orders of tacos both with fries. We were served the fried pickles and our fries in plastic souvenir cups. As a former Hooters girl, I know Hooters doesn’t just give free promotional products away. My mother in law paid the bill and I told her to check to make sure we didn’t get charged for the cups. Sure enough, $1 for the cup the fried pickles came in, and and $5.49 EACH for the ones that were only suppose to cost $1.49, added on to the meal. When we brought it to our server Hannah’s attention, she advised us there was a promotion going on and that’s how her managers told her to ring it up. Again, not my first rodeo. Had Hannah mentioned the promotion before charging us $9 for cups we were never even offered, we may have helped her out with her contest. She then brought the bill to a manager, and who knows what she said to the manager to remove $3 off our bill, which again should have been $9. Instead of trying to hunt her down again, we said forget it we will just take the cups. As we were leaving, I hear her snarky remark, which if I didn’t hear I would have never made this review, “oh of course they are going to take the cups”. I then stopped and went to say something in response, but she ran off before I could say anything. A manager was standing at the door, and I said something to him about the situation and her comment about the cups, and he said “oh she had the other manager handle that”. Don’t cheat...
Read moreI walked in looking to place a Togo order, first I look for a host stand.. to the left I see a server stand, then in front of the doors is an island of merch and then walk around that and the bar. To the right looks like a host area maybe so I started walking there then realized it’s a server station. So I kinda stand there lost and finally look up and see a sign that says Togo. Very messy around it so it’s like where’s Wally. Meanwhile not one server walking by has acknowledged I was lost and no one made eye contact for me to ask for help. So I stood there at the Togo sign and it’s a straight look down the kitchen and a guy standing at the sign on his cellphone charging it. I assume he’s a cook. I started thinking of going to the bar to order at this point, then magically a guy came out and asked if I‘ve been helped, I could tell by his mannerisms that he was a manager. He got me taken care of. Now the reason I’m writing this review is the food was not good. I ordered chicken wrap and boneless wings. Everything was cold, time on the ticket for food order was 8:58 and I came back inside at 9:12 to check if it’s ready. And it was sitting in the window ready. But really the fries were dry and cold awful and I didn’t even want a side, she just asked “would you like coleslaw, baked beans or curly fries”. I wasn’t told that the side was extra But I guess a hooters regular would know that. Fiancé says the wings weren’t good either, I had a bite and they were cold. My sandwich was delicious but even the chicken...
