i’ve been here before when it was formerly 16 handles and the froyo was always creamy and smooth, along with the topping bar incredibly neat and clean. This recent time around I visited the 7th and the vanilla froyo was chunky and honestly tasted like spoiled milk. Not sure what they did to this froyo place but some work is needed! #Bringbackmyfroyo

I’m disappointed that instead of addressing my concerns, the owner claimed this was a “fake review.” Just to clarify: my experience was 100% real. When I visited I noticed a big difference in quality from when this location used to be 16 Handles. The vanilla froyo was chunky and had a sour, spoiled taste, very unlike the creamy froyo I used to enjoy here. I still stop by occasionally, but I no longer get the frozen yogurt because of that experience. My review was meant to be honest feedback, not an attack. It’s frustrating and unprofessional to dismiss a real customer’s experience as fake. I hope they take this as a chance to improve instead of trying to silence...

To any review claiming the ice cream is too sweet, PICK A DIFFERENT FLAVOR. They have so many! First timer, snagged a scoop of M&M (sweet cream mixed with M&Ms) and chocolate (decadent and REAL) for an elevated chocovanilla combo --- actual perfection. The mint chocolate chip was a tid minty for my taste, but keep in mind that the ice cream is HOMEMADE. Flavors AND batches will slightly differ from time to time. For those who prefer froyo, they have a lovely selection with all the toppings you can imagine (even a DARK CHOCOLATE syrup). I come from an era where ice cream was the go-to. If you’re looking for the perfect spot to cool down and treat yourself, Swirls & Scoop by Michoacana is a must-visit. Their homemade ice cream is on another level — super creamy, fresh, and full of flavor.

I tried their Mangonada and it was absolutely amazing. It’s the perfect mix of sweet, tangy, and just a little spicy with the chamoy and tajín — all balanced with that smooth, rich mango ice cream. You can really tell it’s homemade.

The place has a fun, colorful vibe and the staff is friendly and welcoming. They have a great variety of flavors and snacks — definitely worth coming back to try more.
