i’ve been here before when it was formerly 16 handles and the froyo was always creamy and smooth, along with the topping bar incredibly neat and clean. This recent time around I visited the 7th and the vanilla froyo was chunky and honestly tasted like spoiled milk. Not sure what they did to this froyo place but some work is needed! #Bringbackmyfroyo

I’m disappointed that instead of addressing my concerns, the owner claimed this was a “fake review.” Just to clarify: my experience was 100% real. When I visited I noticed a big difference in quality from when this location used to be 16 Handles. The vanilla froyo was chunky and had a sour, spoiled taste, very unlike the creamy froyo I used to enjoy here. I still stop by occasionally, but I no longer get the frozen yogurt because of that experience. My review was meant to be honest feedback, not an attack.
