Burnet BBQ #4 — Restaurant in East Orange

I was dealing with this location for over 5 years today I was told they will no longer delivery 10 mins down the road from there Establishment because their drivers get confused with directions . And the worker who deals with the order by phone doesn’t follow direct information that was given so I will no longer deal with this location or other locations due to what happen at this location in east orange. I live 10 mins away and because of the negligence of the workers I the consumer has to suffer and no longer get my food delivered to me because of miscommunication through the worker and the driver mind you I ordered my food tonight at 6:30 PM and my food did not get to me until 8:42 PM because of their miscommunication because of them Rushing fast trying to get through the phone orders and then giving the wrong direction to the delivery guy which made them frustrated so that way they took their anger out on the consumer stated that they made a new policy that they are no longer delivering this far mind you its 10 minutes down the street from them because I have a vehicle and I can drive to the location but sometimes you just wanna stay in the house and spend time with your family and I stated to that gentleman on the phone and I said, I literally live 10 minutes from you guys. I drive to the location , so you just lost a dedicated consumer because of confusion within your own corporation of your workers. because I don’t have to deal with that type of stuff do better Burnett barbecue located East orange New Jersey. The consumer needs this information so that they can understand that they now have to drive to go get their food instead of being delivered because it’s an inconvenience for you guys the corporation to take your time when placing an order with the address and correct phone number not take it out on consumer for your wrong doing. One of the place I visiting with friend and family this last time had very bad experience with one of the Spanish girl server in the table area so rude we notice from the beginning we elect a table and she come so rude said we can sit there my wife feel uncomfortable then coming with the bread miss one in floor said sorry miss one we not have no more then ask for a soda and ask for ice so rude said no have ice then order the food after waiting order too order family pack one vegetable and frid chicken and pork ribs and the c order fried and beef ribs coming wrong all pork ribs I told the girl I order one beef for my wife the n the girl coming with actitud you don't not said beef. I tell cource my wife said in both language beef and Spanish de res and said I can order another order but have to wait I said I want just change one and wait your fault then said can do it .my wife and the rest in the people they said that ok to my wife leave like that very bad experience always going there most of time Brazilian woman no problem si nice so polite but that girl probably from central or south American si nasty manager have to be on top of that you going to loose business nothing against central or south American it with that girl because in Spanish too but it for my wife and frien in table but food. Will not return due to unethical pricing issues and lying Manager (Berto)! Came with elderly grandma to have dinner, was overcharged and returned the next day to clarify with the manager why. He denied wanting to even look into it. Saying the employee was not in, and he has no access to receipts. Wanted to take my info down, but I forced him to review cameras while I waited. He argued with me about what I said we ordered vs what he kept insinuating I ordered, due to his misunderstanding. There was over a 11$ difference in price we paid vs what the order total was. He then decided he wanted to add a 15% tip and 6.25% service charge. All of which are not listed on the menu. We tipped additionally to the server anyway.
