I ordered a square cake for ten people I got a kiddie size and it will not feed four. The writing and decorations look like a child did it. I’m so angry but during the pandemic what can we do, this company should not be putting out things like this. I can’t believe I got ripped off. Can’t do anything now the birthday is today.... thank carvel for messing up what could have been a great cake but now I have to drive around and find a cake to feed the rest of the people in my house not just the birthday girl... $$$$$ . Should have read the reviews first...

I work in the hospital and today is Father's Day, so I bought this cake for them. The presentation was so beautiful that the patients were very emotional. I'm glad that I was able to put a smile on their faces. Happy Father's Day! Oh, the service was really good too. This will definitely be my to go place for my ice-cream cakes.

I work in the hospital and today is Father's Day, so I bought this cake for them. The presentation was so beautiful that the patients were very emotional. The Spanish guy on the phone is extremely rude. I ordered the HARD scooped Oreo ice cream and when my order came I got this grey colored Oreo soft serve. This is the second time this has happened. I didn’t do anything the first time but I decided to call the second time around. I called and a woman answered the phone and she told me that they have both the hard scooped Oreo and soft serve in stock. So why did I receive the soft serve then? When the Spanish man picked up the phone he flat out lied to me and said they don’t have the soft serve when they did. He tried to gaslight me and I didn’t appreciate that. I just wanted what I ordered and I didn’t get that. I asked him for a refund for this item and he denied me. So now I’m out of 15 dollars and received a disgusting grey soft serve ice cream. Great. Won’t be ordering from this...

I went here with my husband and we found a piece of hard white plastic in the ice cream Carvelanchr The so called owner was do nonchalant about this finding. He told me ohh don't worry I will give you a free ice cream and a $10 coupon I will be seeing a Lawyer because my husband was stuck in the mouth by the hard plastic and his mouth was bleeding. ..You think he would have called me back . Nope he didn't and when I was outside looking in at him answer the phone he distinctly says Oh the Owner is Not Here Right Now ...it's a Shame ..I spend hundreds of dollars over the years in this place only to be treated so disgustingky...
