I walked in around noon, I was the ONLY customer in line. A single iced coffee and breakfast burrito. Standard interaction and I tipped the barista. Got my burrito within about 5 minutes. Moved to an area to wait for my drink. Mind you there are 4 EMPLOYEES behind the bar area. I wait nearly 15 minutes for a SINGLE ICED COFFEE. ONE girl is making an endless stream of drinks (no idea for who but not for anyone in the store). The girl on register literally is watching her work. Two others are just moving things around. One is walking around with an iPad looking at the walls. At one point I look at the girl on the register, thinking maybe they forgot about my drink. "just waiting for the iced coffee" I said.... she look at the one girl working....says oh its coming and then turns around and walks away. To do I don't what but still no other customers are actually in line. another couple of minutes later the other guy with the iPad comes out of the back and just looks at me. He says "oh im just checking the volume of the music." At this point I say, that's great, ive been waiting about 15 minutes for a SINGLE ICED COFFEE. He FINALLY does what any of the 3 people behind the bar could have done. Takes literally 15 seconds and makes the drink.
Starbucks will be out of business soon. The level of customer service is atrocious. The people look miserable. It continually takes 15 minutes to get a drink that takes 20 seconds to make. AND THIS IS WITH NOT A SINGLE...
Read moreThis is my first time at this location. I go to a lot of Starbucks and I was pleasantly surprised with awesome music. They offer a white variety of coffee’s and my favorite all the different cups. I ordered a white chocolate mocha, a chai latte and a dragon fruit lemonade, refresher drink. I was pleasantly surprised that they had a wide variety of coffee beans as well. They are well stocked. The stuff was super amazing and super nice! I was with my daughter who is teen and spoke with the staff they were super motivating and inspiring to her about the career path with Starbucks. The soon be manager who is amazing told us his story starting from the bottom even though he is overqualified for his position chose to start from the bottom to learn everything there is to know! He is super smart and hard working! He was able to teach my daughter in the 10 minutes we were there on how an employee should, and want to be and he was amazing and had a beautiful energy and aura about him! They made our drinks perfect! I left out of there so happy it’s been a long time that I’ve been to Starbucks and actually had such a nice time because usually everyone’s in a rush and it’s just about pushing you out of their way this location they make time for you and they make the drinks very good. I definitely will...
Read moreThis Starbucks coffee shop has some of the most professional, persistent and humble staff members I've ever met. I've been coming here for about a week on business and I've received nothing but positive vibes and great work ethic from this crew both morning and afternoon shifts.
I had a complicated order this morning with my Starbucks application but Gabby from the morning shift helped me resolve the problem with so much ease and completely took the stress out of things. Gabby is a professional problem solver and if she isn't the manager she should definitely be considered as one.
