Starbucks — Restaurant in East Palo Alto

This is my first time at this location. I go to a lot of Starbucks and I was pleasantly surprised with awesome music. They offer a white variety of coffee’s and my favorite all the different cups. I ordered a white chocolate mocha, a chai latte and a dragon fruit lemonade, refresher drink. I was pleasantly surprised that they had a wide variety of coffee beans as well. They are well stocked. The stuff was super amazing and super nice! I was with my daughter who is teen and spoke with the staff they were super motivating and inspiring to her about the career path with Starbucks. The soon be manager who is amazing told us his story starting from the bottom even though he is overqualified for his position chose to start from the bottom to learn everything there is to know! He is super smart and hard working! He was able to teach my daughter in the 10 minutes we were there on how an employee should, and want to be and he was amazing and had a beautiful energy and aura about him! They made our drinks perfect! I left out of there so happy it’s been a long time that I’ve been to Starbucks and actually had such a nice time because usually everyone’s in a rush and it’s just about pushing you out of their way this location they make time for you and they make the drinks very good. This Starbucks coffee shop has some of the most professional, persistent and humble staff members I've ever met. I've been coming here for about a week on business and I've received nothing but positive vibes and great work ethic from this crew both morning and afternoon shifts.

I had a complicated order this morning with my Starbucks application but Gabby from the morning shift helped me resolve the problem with so much ease and completely took the stress out of things. Gabby is a professional problem solver and if she isn't the manager she should definitely be considered as one.

May God bless everyone who reads this and especially those hard-working Baristas at this East Palo Alto Starbucks, shout out to my East Palo Alto folks! Without a doubt you guys perform way better then the folks out of the East Bay .

it's a shame how some store owners will let these young kids run their stores with absolutely no customer service skills. I went in to get a Vente size caramel frapp and the barista tells me they ran out of Vente cups I pointed out a larger cold beverage cup they had and requested she put it in that cup. She refused to fulfill my request because the cops I had requested her to use were for a "different type of cold beverage" lol! I guess she would rather lose a sale and a customer to their store then to fulfill a simple request. Shame on them. Based on that experience I will not be bringing my business to that store again ....
