I am pretty upset today went here for my lunch. When I walked in there was no wind in line that hadn’t ordered. There was one man standing there as if he was ready to take other order so I walked straight to him. He never asked me if I was ready to order but after five minutes the line had buildup and he started taking orders from the line. As he is making someone else food who was there after me he looks at me and said “are you ready to order.” I’ve been ready to order! I placed a large catering order here yesterday for pickup today, and I was nervous something would go wrong (as often happens with online orders). But everything went right, and I was so pleased with the customer service! The order was completely right, ready on time, all the boxed lunches were individually labeled, and the manager (owner?) even helped me out to my car.
