So let me start by saying that I have frequented a lot of Starbucks and mobile ordering in my day. I love Starbucks, always have, always will. I have had the most issues with this Starbucks, unfortunately. I never write reviews, but felt I had to share this. I get this one is busy, however, maybe there needs to be one-two baristas dedicated to the mobile ordering crowd at all times? Something needs to change because their current setup isn't working. I live about 12-15 min away and I order from my house and the app will say 4-10 min or 10-12 or whatever. Sometimes I get there and it's not ready. And there are a group of people waiting just for a barista to call out names of the 5-10 drinks waiting there. Sometimes I go up and ask if mine is there and the workers seem annoyed. And it's sitting there. But if no one there is calling names and no one asks, it will just continue to stay backed up and it's mobile order for a reason...to be quicker. One morning I could have ordered at the counter or gone through the drive-thru and gotten my drink before they finally called my name for my mobile order that I had placed over 20 min prior. It is just very inconsistent and also with the drinks. I know one of the workers was flustered because after I asked for my drink she made it right there and I watched her make it wrong because she was in a hurry. I also took off a star for the new sign they have posted to not reach around the counter to grab their drinks. I understand why they posted that sign, however, people wouldn't be doing that if they were quicker about mobile orders and calling out people's names when their drinks are sitting there. If there are time limits for in-store and drive-thru orders, that is fine, but mobile order also has to take a priority or more staff needs to be dedicated. I do mobile order to not have to wait in the drive thru or at the counter, so it needs to be re-focused in my opinion. If this one is too busy, maybe another one needs to open nearby or something to help with the overflow? We went in and a woman named Sami was the cashier she came up and said hello how can I help you? I said I have a question? I said my daughter wants a pumpkin spice latte and she hasn’t had one before and I said if she doesn’t like it can she get a different one? She looked at me and laughed at me and said no! She said I can give her a little of the pumpkin syrup that goes in it? She said it does have a stronger taste because it’s by itself! My daughter shook her head yes. Read moreThe young man with brown hair and glasses is EXTREMELY RUDE at the window just now around 3:45pm and that’s a real shame! He was extremely arrogant and condescending about making our drinks as “iced when we ordered hot”. He simply didn’t hear the correct order and the way he handled the situation is pathetic. He argued that he asked us “multiple times” and that’s simply not the case then he demanded the first cup back raising his voice as if I wasn’t going to hand it back anyway. That same man left the window to go remake our drinks and that’s a big No No. Someone who was just yelling through the window will not remake my drink, nope. The manager offered to make it after I informed her I wanted a refund instead but I couldn’t get her attention through the drive thru window to tell her to make it with oat milk so I just drove around went inside and got a refund.
