Dunkin' — Restaurant in East Pikeland Township

I have edited this review, as they have completely worked on timing, accuracy and changed out their dead weight in staff. Always have loved DD, I would totally recommend this place now!!

Former review: This location is THE WORST! They literally need to wipe out their staff and hire an all new one. Not only are they slow, but they get the order wrong 99% of the time. We actually place bets at work to see who’s order will get messed up and unfortunately it’s usually more than one of us. They’re always goofing off in the drive through, they also ask you “is that it?” After every single item you order, so unprofessional in every way. Today for example, they used cream instead of skim milk in one of our iced coffees, didn’t give us straws for any of our drinks, and after asking for extra butter on a bagel, have one side that is almost entirely dry. This is every time. We got a wake up wrap once instead of a Boston cream donut, they consistently mess up the coffee orders. I’m not one to complain but I’ve had enough of this place. Consistently unreliable. In terms of 1.) time it takes to complete order, and 2.) if order is correct. My husband has practically given up, and now only will order black coffee here. I still try to get different coffees, but check them each time. When they are wrong, I ask them to redo it. You could say this is partly my own fault for not double checking today......, but also, I feel it is the business's responsibility to get the order right, right?! So I did not double check my almond milk latte today. Turns out this was whole milk. I am severely lactose intolerant. I took a big gulp, I instantly recognized it was wrong, but had already driven quite far away. Only made it half way to work, before I had to pull over and puke for an hour on the side of the road into a container while sitting in my car. Made it to work, and I will have to endure being ill from top to bottom for the entire day, and next 24 hours. TLTR: Baristas who don't care about what milk someone asks for, shouldn't be Baristas. This has now led to vomiting, nausea, and diarrhea for a lactose...

This Dunkin is comically bad. Their food and coffee is honestly disgusting. Most days their coffee tastes like cigarettes and swamp water. That’s being generous. Recently, my mom and I placed an order for a dozen donuts online. We waited for the pickup time and when we went through the drive through, the staff was dumbfounded at our request to pick up the donuts. They insisted we had the wrong location, and after we proved we didn’t, they just said “we don’t have” and looked at us like we had five heads. My mom and I literally had to laugh and drive away because they couldn’t fulfill our request for donuts at a donut shop. The customer service is horrible, the product is horrible, and I could not recommend this Dunkin any less. We drove up the street to the other Phoenixville location where they were much nicer and able to provide the dozen donuts. I would be humiliated if I was the owner of this location.
