Arden's Garden Juice Bar & Smoothies East Point — Restaurant in East Point

August 2025, Please stop sending the good workers to other stores! The new staff is slow, forgets to wear gloves and put hands on the rim of cup, not to mention other violations I've seen. Ugh. June Update on my previous review: Unfortunately, staffing looks like it has changed and now some of the employees are not so great. I go to this location probably 5/7 in a week. I have since encountered employees not wearing gloves and go from dealing with cash to making smoothies and NO gloves, hands on the rim of my cup, not putting the correct ingredients in my smoothie and yesterday one of the young ladies forgot to add ginger. So I reminded her and she then just poured some in my smoothie without measuring it all while looking mad. Her mistake not mines! And she then tried not to give me all of my smoothie because I have seen them drink what they leave in the blender! I may have to start making my own smoothies moving forward. First post, different staff:Thank God for natural healthy options! I enjoy coming to this Arden's Garden because the employees are so friendly and nice everytime I visit. They help me choose what's the best smoothie at the time concerning what's going on with me. I usually get my customized favorite smoothie, which is the blueberries and water and the grand slam! Worst experience of my life I’ve been going here for two years now since they’re open, I went in this Afternoon to grab my favorite drink pineapple apple ginger while drinking it and having a conversation with my friend realize I just drank a whole Lotta mold so I went back inside and asked to speak to the manager and told her what happened she asked for me to give her the drink so she can take a look and took a paper tower and start the wipe the mold off the drink and the other employees asked me which part of the fridge. I showed them where I took the drink from in the fridge and they saw the that have mold on them they started taking it off the shelves ended up calling Eastpointe police department on the property. The manager ended up giving me a CT not to come back on the property. I have been throwing up all day. Had to have ambulance come and pick me up worst holiday ever. I arrived at 9:30 am automatically the vibes were off because the girls are always here and make you feel welcomed. The guy who was helping me just kept staring at me taking his time. He helped people who came in after me while i waited for the store to be cleared. I was the last person to leave keep in mind im the only white person in the whole store. He smiled at everyone else except me he knew what he was doing. He didn’t even mix my drink up correctly.
