KFC — Restaurant in East Point

I went to the drive thru and ordered 2 breast and 1 wing. Pulled up to window, paid, the person at the window gave me my drive and then my food. Because I have had problems at drive thrus before, I checked my box. Upon inspection, I see 2 breast and 1 leg. I said excuse me a couple of times to get the attention of the guy that took the order. When he came to the window, I opened the box to show him that I had 2 breast and a leg. He then, in a rude tone says "WEEN GOT NO WINGS". I then say, why would you not tell me that when I placed my order. He then says rudely, " WHAT, YOU WANT YOUR MONEY BACK". I then say yes and he says, well you have to pull up, park, and come in to get the money. I tell him that I will not be pulling up. He then adamantly says that the only way I would be getting my money was if I pulled up and came in. I then say I will not be pulling up and that I wanted my money at the drive thru.He then leaves the window and disappears. After a few minutes, a female came to the window and tells me the same thing. I tell her that I would not be pulling up and she then says that you are sitting there looking stupid. I said, I will sit right here until I get my money back.She then say, well, I am on the clock so you can sit there. After that, I said to myself, call the police. I called the police and waited. A few minutes later the young lady comes to the window with a 10 dollar bill. My order was 10.83. I give her the food and ask where is the rest of my change. She says,t so you want the change too. I hear her tell the guy who took the order, he is asking for his change. She then produces a dollar bill, and say, so you ok now you getting a dollar. Remember, I was only owned.83 cent. I tell her I will give you the .17 cent, she closes the window on me. I AM 58 YEARS OLD, AND I. HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE SEEN CUSTOMER SERVICE THIS BAD!!!!!!!!!! The owner should be ashamed. Because I live in the neighborhood, I have been going to this location for longer than the people that were working there, have been living. But, I WILL NEVER GO...

This is just the latest incident, there has been others. Today, July 3, 2022 I ordered a #6 (3 piece chicken with 2 sides). I requested 1 original leg, 1 crispy leg, and 1 thigh with mashed potatoes and fresh fries. I was willing to wait for the fries when I was told it would be 3 minutes. I was instructed to pull over and they would bring the meal to me. After ten minutes no one had come out. I went inside to discover they forgot about me. I gave my order again only to be informed they were out of crispy chicken legs. I said okay just give me two thighs. I went to the restroom. I came back checked my box quickly (because I left my car on) to discover it was original chicken. I again repeated my order and was informed they were out of crispy chicken. They weren’t even going to tell me. I took my bag and left at this point annoyed. I get home 6 minutes away and the chicken is COLD. The mashed potatoes are missing and the drink is flat. It’s storming so I can’t go back out right now. I have attempted to call the restaurant 8 times and the line is busy. Do not go to the restaurant they always have issues and my order has NEVER...

Terrible. I ordered online around 625 pm, order was to be done at 648. I arrived at 707pm. I looked on the app to see if it was done and they had cancelled it. I went in and they said they never cancelled it and that my order slip was right there. So when I asked how long they said 20 minutes. Then the manager came over and was very UNPROFESSIONAL. they stated they don’t make orders ahead. That that’s not their policy. Horrible people representing this restaurant. I will never order from there again and suggest to go up the road to Greenbrier if you really want kfc. Never experienced such unprofessional managers in my life. After a long 12 hour shift all I wanted was to pick up my food and go home and feed my family.
