Not ready STILL. they make you sign the little receipt asking for a tip which is again ridiculous for takeout orders and then the hostess there who is incredibly unpleasant stares at you. You then have to stand in the middle of the lobby for another 10 minutes. But this time the hostess also stood there for 10 minutes doing nothing and then instantly grabbed it and handed it without saying a word giving dirty look. I assume just making you wait because I didn't tip on a takeout order. She must think customers don't notice her behavior and think she's the little takeout God and decides how long you wait.
Your food is good chelos but your takeout experience is the most abysmal of all the establishments and I've eaten takeout 3x a day my entire life. Also, again, your takeout hostess is incredibly rude. Due to her actions I will never again be ordering takeout from here. So congratulations.

The food was ready 15 minutes earlier than the time given at the time of placing the order. While it seems like that should be a good thing, it meant the food sat waiting all that time until it could be picked up. It wasn't until getting the food home it was found that one of the entrées was entirely the wrong thing. It was listed correctly on the Door Dash receipt, but whoever transferred the information from Door Dash to the restaurant's system entered the wrong the dish, which the entrée shown on their receipts. Additionally, because the order was ready so early, the protein in the dish was dried out by the time we got it. The overall quality of both dishes made it obvious how quickly they were thrown together. A little more care and attention would have made this experience...
