The only reason why I'm posting this is because last time I went to this location I was told by the cashier that he doesn't except charge as a tip and told me I could keep it, but complain when not tipped, and today I did tip a buck and Chand too. I ordered a med ice matcha less ice oatmilk. My order was repeated back correctly. Why when I received my order there was so much ice I couldn't even put the straw in the cup.... so I walked to the Drive up window and asked for a cup and spoon to now fish out the ice that I didn't want. They asked if they could make it again, and I decided because I can't watch them make it cause I was in the Drive thru , I don't trust petty. I request less ice at every location I get beverages from when going out. I then bring the ice to the person who made my order and said this isn't less ice as I gave him the cup full of Ice. He snapped back I can make you a new one. I replied it should of been made right the first time!!!! I am not asking for less ice cause I want more beverage, I ask for less Ice because I worked for a HVAC Company, and the amount of business that DON'T maintenance their ice making units as per the service maintenance is scary.... so much bacteria build up in these units not to mention the scooper could be in the ice with the handle touching the ice... Do the employees wash there hands regularly. etc etc Just because it's clear doesn't mean CLEA!N!!!!!

I just need to write a quick love letter to the crew who always treat me like I'm in on their thing - you ladies are AMAZING. Full stop. The best part of my workday is getting to stop at the drive thru and laugh with the staff. It's always a "how are you, what are your plans this weekend, you'll never guess the joke so-and-so just told!" I don't know a single one of these crew members but I'd trust them with my life. I have never come across a team that works so well together, laughs together, and gets things DONE together. I have never had an order come out wrong, and sometimes when they're busy they are on the BALL about double checking who's order gets handed out the window (we've all been handed the wrong bag of food before - but they are so quick to notice mistakes, catch it before it changes hands, and fix it). I am so loyal to this location its not even funny. Even when that line goes out into the street. Read moreBe sure to emphasize that you want "DECAF", not "decaf coffee" or all they will hear is "coffee" and there is a good chance they will give you regular. Other than that, the staff is amazing!
My one issue is with the parking lot: It's always a problem getting around the drive-thru lane to park and sometimes the pass-thru lane gets completely blocked because someone decides to park in it or a delivery vehicle blocks the lane on the far end, which you can't see until you 'round the corner.
Today I was almost hit while pulling out of my parking spot because a driver pulled in through the exit. We exchanged a few words (none vulgar, we kept it polite) but I pointed out that SHE was in the wrong, having pulled into a one-way/exit only. She claimed not to know, even though there are large arrows painted on the pavement. This is not the first, second, or even third or fourth time this has happened to me! Perhaps a large "EXIT ONLY" sign would help before an accident occurs, and maybe even a "NO PARKING" sign next to the drive-thru lane...
