Poor Poor customer service, and never have I experienced this from Gregg's restaurant. My credit card was ran 6 times and my Daughter's card was ran twice. I called to let them know our food was made wrong. After being on hold for about 10 minutes, I get a supervisor named Brielle who looks up my order and proceeds to tell me the person over the phone took my order correct and it was definitely an error on the kitchens part. I say okay. She said I will credit you for 2 dinners , ( I never asked to be credit for one nevermind 2) , do you have a loyalty card? I said no, okay let me put you on hold.........close to 10 minutes comes back to the phone. I spoke with my manager and because it's a 30 dollar credit we are going to need a picture of your food, , I SAID A PICTURE OF MY FOOD? I am not giving you a picture of my food, ( my husband was already eating it ( he scooped out the wrong food and ate what was left) I was very angry I said I do not want your credit, I do not need your credit and hung up the phone. I then looked at my credit card and it had 6 different charges on it that they claim did not go through. I called back to speak with Brielle and was left on hold for another 10 minutes. She then comes to the phone and I start speaking, she interrupts me and says hello can you hear me and then puts me on hold. A couple minutes later a manager named Ryan picks up the phone I stated I was talking to Brielle and he says she was busy and he could help me. He already knew the whole story except he was under the impression that I asked for the credit. I asked if that was something new that you wanted people to take pictures of their food and send it to you? Never answered my question. The long story is that their customer service sucks! When we went in to pick up our food we wanted to get dessert to go, so I Hand the girl my card and she says 91 dollars please. We said we paid over the phone she states oh yeah those didn't go through. No one called me to let me know. It was a very very big mess I am just so disappointed in Gregg's restaurant #takeapictureofyourfoodandsendittous I DON'T WANT YOUR CREDIT! I WANT BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE! I AM SPENDING MY HARD EARNED MONEY!!!! To be clear we ordered a turkey dinner with no squash and double...
Read more1st time since the pandemic I had a normal restaurant experience ! A full menu , not modified & printed on paper. We walked up to the doors with masks on , now here's the really great part foe me anyway, besides their delicious food and desserts ( 1 of which is Death by chocolate cake 🥰 ) We didn't have to wear masks if fully vaccinated which we all were ! They do asked that if your not to wear masks . I'd like to say here please don't hassle the management about this , if your not comfortable with this then either find another restaurant or just don't go here until we're back to "normal ". They are still Covid compliant with social distancing and cleaning observed. All the servers all do wear masks including management. Now back to their food and menu the food is delicious I ordered something new that I hadn't tryed before an eggplant "sandwich" which isn't the right term but I can't for the life of me remember the name of the bun that it was served on but it was good ! Their French onion soup has everything you'd expect in it and the ingredients are plentiful and could be a meal in it self depending on your appetite. There's a HUGE sea salted pretzel served with a cheese sause to dip it in served in a bowl
Read more2 dinners, 1 spite and 1 beer and my husband ordered another beer before the end of his meal. 13 Minutes later he was still waiting for his beer when the waitress realized she never put in for the other Coors lite, she said she would do it right away, we said forget it but would like to order dessert. we told her we what we wanted and that I needed a take home box. 20 minutes later we were still waiting. We noticed that she was talking with the manager, and they were doing something with register. Another waitress who was taking care of the table next to ours asked whether we were done and removed our plates and if we wanted dessert, we explained that we had already ordered and gave her the name of our waitress. This other waitress went over to Nicole told her we were still waiting and that she would handle the desserts. she packaged our deserts to take home and got our waitress for us. NOT once did our waitress nor the manger come to our table to explain what was going on. Apparently, the waitress failed to put our order into the system and therefore was unable to printout a check for us. But nobody bothered to tell why there was such a delay. Instead, they kept their mouths shut and kept trying to generate a check to give us. that is called Poor Customer Service, either the waitress or the Manager should have come to us to tell us what was happening so that we at least were informed. Instead of having us just sit there waiting without knowing. At the end of it all the were able to generate a check and Nicole literally stood over my husband waiting for the money. He asked her to back off. she moved to the side but when he pulled out his wallet and started pulling out cash, she came to the table and asked if he was all done. He just looked at her and continued counting his money she just stayed at the table until he was done and immediately took it and disappeared with it. So bizarre. Also, not everyone is cutout to be in the service industry. Nicole, you are not. And Manager you need to be retrained. Food was good. ...
