Understand one thing, People want pizza on Sunday to watch football. I ordered pizza online at 521pm according to the receipt I received in the store. I waited until 615 to go pick up my pizzas. I walked into the store to see customers waiting and I was not greeted or even looked at until I said something to the "shift leader." He told me my food had not been started yet after almost an hour. The customers waiting were pretty upset with the time and here is the best part, A store manager from a different papa ginos was telling us the store is under staffed and usually like this on Sunday. The store manager from woonsocket left with his food only to come back 10 minutes later because they gave him the wrong food. I laughed with a few customers as the chaos in the store continued because they cannot handle more than 3 customers or so it seems 3 is there max. I asked the store manager from Woonsocket if he was going to complain now and he said yes.
You cannot let customer experience go. The fact that your staff at this location neglected customers with 8 People on,three people of them in the back on their phones is not good business.
Any one who reads this should consider going to dominoes instead of this location. It's poor service will only disgust you. I walked out of the store at 648 with my small cheese pizza and large pepperoni pizza.
In all of the time I could have gone to stop and shop, bought dough, and made the...
Read moreI haven’t been to Papa Gino’s in many years; however, I went into the Seekonk restaurant Friday to buy pizza for a friend. I was so impressed! The restaurant was very clean and the staff were Amazing!
It all started when I called to place my order. After being on the phone all week calling several businesses and dealing with their voice prompts and rude and uncaring customer service reps, it was so refreshing to call Papa Gino’s and have the call answered after only 2 rings by a real live person!!!!! Chris was beyond helpful! He answered every question, found me the best deal and read my entire order back to me to make sure it was correct. He was so polite and friendly that I was surprisingly impressed, after the week I had on the phone! I picked up my order (which was ready on time) and delivered it to my friend. The pizza smelled so good and everyone in the restaurant was so nice, that I had to go back and order a pizza for me. There is plenty of seating in this Papa Gino’s, which has two levels of assorted tables and booths. I will most definitely be returning more frequently in the future! Great job on making a great first impression, Chris! You are...
Read moreI usually don't frequent chain restaurants especially pizza but I've always had a special place in my heart for Papa Ginos. I grew up with it and remember having birthday parties there as a child. Anyway, I stopped by the Seekonk location today 8/8 at 11:15am. The lady at the counter asked how I was right away. She was professional and courteous but looked miserable. I ordered 2 slices of cheese pizza and a side house salad. I received my order within 10 minutes and left. I literally live 5 minutes from this location. I got home and the food was terrible. The pizza was cold as ice. I saw her take the pizza out of the pizza warmer but i figured its 11:15am and they opened at 10:30am so it should be hot and fresh. Usually the crust is crispy but fluffy. This crust was hard and chewy. I know my pizza and this was not fresh. I really hope its not a reheated pizza from yesterday cause that would be sad. I wish that was it, but the salad shouldn't be called a salad. It was lettuce, with str8 up more lettuce plus 1 tomato wedge, half a cucumber slice, and 5 croutons. Highly dissapointed. Now I know why so many Papa Ginos are closing. Back to the Mom & Pop...
