Unfortunately, this was the WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD at any restaurant!!!! This is the kind of situation that the waiters/servers have to deal with customers who have spent 3+ hours waiting to be seated. We called ahead and asked to make a reservation, we were told that they weren't taking reservations but would put the name on the list, and it would be a 2 hour wait. We arrived 2 hours after we spoke with the restaurant and was given a BULLSHIT EXCUSE!!! We had to wait but was NOT told how long - but that's when the BULLSHIT started. We were NEVER told when we were on the phone that we had to be at the restaurant, so then our waiting would "officially" start. We were told this by the Manager who was very dismissive 👎 at 6:45pm we were told we would be seated in 30mins at 7:45pm (1hr) later were told we would only have to wait another 30mins. (8:15pm) we were seated at 9pm 2 hours and 15 minutes after we arrived and waited another hour for our food. We were the last group to be seated, while seated the staff began to clean up the restaurant and rug around our table which made everyone very uncomfortable since we were still waiting for our food. The 2 waiters, Mathew & and Norbit, were AMAZING!!!! The cooks are VERY VERY INCONSISTENT!!!! We ordered 3 Ribeye steaks ALL well done - 1 was burnt and dry, 1 was under cooked bloody, the last 1 was also under cooked on the inside but burnt on the outside - $80 of steak wasted!!! My mother was so disappointed she waited basically 5 hours for a nice steak and I had to take her to Wendy's on Mother's Day so she could eat something after leaving this restaurant, which is CRAZY!!!!! The "manager & kitchen staff cost the waiters/servers a lot of money in tips because of their inconsistencies. It ALL BEGINS with the front of the restaurant and another major part are the cooks. I'm sure they made a lot of money, but they could've made double possible 3x that if they were better organized and ready for the day!!! It's a shame for a group to spend over $500+ and the majority of the people didn't finish their food or just took it home because their was an issue with the order but since we waited so long to eat they just took a few bites and asked for a to go box. This is 1 place I will STAY AWAY from and will share our families experience with everyone. Many women walked out as we were waiting to be seated disappointed with the experience, saying they would've rather cook themselves instead of wasting time and money 🤦. While we were waiting to be seated, 53 people walked up to the entrance and turned around and left. Very SAD to see so many mothers...
Read moreI've read reviews on this restaurant. The good and the bad. It started off with a lot of confusion with the staff. They sat me in the middle of the room at a huge table for 6. I asked if I can have a smaller booth as it was just two people. The hostess told me it would take a few minutes that she needed to clean off a table. Never saw her again. So I asked a waitress if we can have the empty Booth I was eyeing and she said yes just let me wipe down the table. Never saw her again!! After 10 minutes or so... a boy from the kitchen came out and asked me if I needed anything and I said I'd like that booth. He wiped it down and boom I was sitting at that booth. A lot of the reviews that said the staff awful and the service. We ordered surf and turf and chicken. And we did not have to wait that long. This was Valentine's Day mind you! The place was definitely packing up. It was like a major turnaround as the staff bounced back and got their act together. From what I saw they were doing a pretty good job. But as far as the dinner itself..... some of the reviews said that the food came cold. I know you're supposed to let a steak sit for 5 minutes for flavor. The steak and the shrimp were room temp, and shrimp overcooked. The baked potato was lukewarm and the vegetables were cold. The parmesan encrusted chicken was fabulous! My only true issue with the food was that the steak was severely over-seasoned. In fact so salty that we had to order and keep ordering drinks. I would go again if the food had the right temp and a lot less salty...
