Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in East Ridge

Me and my family had a terrible experience. This was our first time at this location and probably our last. The floor was dirty and almost every table had something spilled on it. My daughter got one scoop of cotton candy in a cup and was fine but mine and my wife's were both bad. I had a chocolate dipped waffle cone with two scoops of gold metal ribbon and the waffle cone felt like rubber. It was the most stale cone I have ever eaten. I ended up eating the ice cream out of the cone with a spoon. My wife's waffle cone was fine until she tried to take the paper off and it was stuck to it in several places so she too finished by eating her ice cream with a spoon. I then went to the bathroom which was nastier than the restaurant. My wife informed me that the women's was disgusting as well. I pulled through the drive thru I asked before placing order did they still Honor the birthday scoop the cashier said yes. When I got to the window two young ladies looked at me & stated I had to have to coupon or I would have to pay. My feelings must've shown on my face because she then proceeded to tell me to download the app and they will send the coupon tomorrow. I dont believe that because I know how autogenerated emails work. I feel like this is bad customer service. I have went to this baskin robbins for several yrs on and off and i watched the old owners allow this place to fall to pieces . The new owner is the brother of the owner of the fort o store so he knows how it should be ran and has made some changes right away with more to come . That said i have to really say that the two young men who work night shift are some of the best employees i have ever seen . I am diabled and have a difficult time walking . Tonight when i pulled up they saw me and went and got the stuff that i normally get before i even walked to the door . Great place . great staff ....
