When you think of NJ you think of two things: a really good slice of pizza in the most random of places, and cold cuts sandwiches at a local deli in the heart of a blue collar town. A few days ago I woke up with the desire to have one of these sandwiches made by a local, and to my luck this little family run shop happened to have the exact vision I had for a cold cuts sandwich. Chris happened to be behind the counter on this day, and he had just made his home made habanero chile spread from chiles sourced from his backyard. I can't stress how this spread elevated the taste of the sandwich from great to GREATNESS. 10/10 would recommend this shop again and I can't wait until I go back for my next sandwich.
