Pizza Hut — Restaurant in East Stroudsburg

I ordered Pizza hut today (08/11/2020) because I had an awful day and spent the entire day in the hospital, I only decided on pizza hut because they offered contactless pickup which seemed perfect. Well when they brought the food to the car I noticed the soda was missing, so I call to let them know and asked if the guy can run it out to me, lady on the phone was pretty rude but said okay. I waited 10 minutes and still no soda, so I decided to go inside and ask and the lady gave me such an attitude saying he just left to bring you the soda (which he couldn't have because I was parked right in front of the building and would have had to see him if he was bringing it) but whatever, I said okay, ill go back to my car and wait for him so he doesnt run out there for no reason. Sure enough 2 minutes go by and still no soda so I go back inside to ask if I can just grab one, and the lady very nastily said to "just grab a soda then" in a pretty loud voice. Never once did I give this lady an attitude to be treated the way she treated me. Do not offer contactless pickup if your employees can't handle it. Also, if you're having a bad day stay home instead of taking it out on the customers. I will never go back there again. me and my roomate ordered pizza. we wanted it delivered but apparently they don’t know how to put addresses in for dorm buildings. so we order our food for pickup. amiya was very rude on the phone and didnt know how to talk to us like a customer. we go in and get it. amiya (the cashier) was very quiet could barely understand what she was saying. she was watching my roomate pay to make sure she left a tip so she didn’t. if you’re gonna be greedy, sorry you’re not gonna get anything. we get out to the car and check to see if our order was correct and it wasn’t. so we go back in and i immediately hear the one lady go “they’re bringing their pizza back”. we complain nicely but apparently they couldn’t fulfill what we ordered because “they can’t do that”. why couldn’t you tell us that on the phone WHILE we were ordering so we could change our order? so we took the pizza and we went to leave. in the reflection of the windows i saw they were STARING at us the whole way out and even WHILE we were sitting in our car. so i waved at them since they wanted to stare. if you’re gonna be petty workers cause you f’d up an order, you don’t belong working. i don’t recommend...

Waited close to 1.5 hrs for my delivery. After calling 12 times with no response to find out the status. I ended up having to drive there only to have the driver deliver as I was on line in pizza hut. On my way back my mother called to let me know a part of the order was missing. She tried calling pizza hut and no one answered so I had to drive back to get a refund for the missing portion of the order. The food was delivered cold, all the pizza’s cheese were burnt as well. Also good to mention there were 4 workers and not one person bothered to check the phone lines meanwhile the manager was in the back office. Management is lacking and could use revamping.
