Joes Sports Bar & Grill — Restaurant in East Wenatchee

If I could give negative stars I would. I’ve been here in East Wenatchee for a week. We came to this bar on Tuesday and we’re treated with great customer service and respect. Today, we were there and I had myself and a couple co workers with me and my card was the only one kept. I asked the male bartender why? and he said “it depends on the person.” I immediately wanted to cash out. Due to current fraud situations I keep my card locked, they ran my card and declined because it was locked. The lady at the register then said out loud “ that’s why I said keep his card, I knew it would decline!”

I spoke across the bar and told them to re run the card it was locked. It was ran and the balance was paid. Due to the absolute racism and disrespect we left no tip but paid our balance.

Wenatchee has been beautiful, but this has been by far the worst experience so far. I will not be back. Our company has a lot of work here and in Quincy here in the future and I will advise them not to visit this establishment due to complete discrimination and horrible customer service. Hopefully the staff can learn from this and learn to accept adversity. Best of luck to this...

Here on business. Saturday Night, went to Joes for a drink and some pool. One pool table broken. Place was busy, but not packed. Line of patrons 12-15 people deep at the bar to get drinks or close out checks. 4 girls tending at the bar. Line not moving after 10min. This is not how you run a bar. This is not how you serve drinks. Looked like one bartender was actually handling cocktails. No idea what the other 3 were doing. Waste of time, left for another bar with friendly/prompt service. Get bartenders who know how to serve drinks or your business won’t last. Can’t comment...

Went during the day on a Monday. Friendly staff, not busy, probably the best time to go. The waitress was upfront when I asked her about a menu item and recommended something else. I appreciate the honesty, that alone makes me want to go back. The food was really good! Tortilla soup was amazing! Overall, a good experience.

Probably wouldn't go here on the weekend, just because it's so busy and there are usually problems. I took 1 star off because we wanted to sit outside but the outside looks like a typical bar smoke pit, not very...
