The Orchard: Cider, Seltzer & Mead House — Restaurant in East Wenatchee

Cider and mead were both really tasty! We loved the raspberry cider, perfect pie cider, and the blue mead the most. The perfect pie smelled just like a Chai latte and was a really unique cider flavor. I tried the peach ginger Seltzer and that was also really good. The flights were reasonably priced and it was hard to choose which ciders I wanted to try. None of the ciders were super sweet or super dry. The good: Ciders on tap are great. Especially non-alcoholic ciders. They are surprisingly varied, not too sweet, and Delicious. We got fruit and nut salad that was great. Salmon crostini were good as well. Cozy place with nice rooms with tables. The not so good: Pizzas were lackluster. The dough was thick and stodgy and not crispy, and it was not baked uniformly. I can make a better pizza at home with a store bought dough ball with a regular oven. I expect better from any restaurant offering pizza on the menu. Charcuterie was also meh. Not bad...

Absolutely delicious food! Amazing service! We ordered the spinach& artichoke, smoked salmon, and a apple bacon pizza for food. For drinks we did a flight of cider: cranberry caramel, watermelon pear, pearmosa, and apple cider reserve. My husband got a cup of the tamarindo chili, and I got a cup of the cranberry caramel ciders. We also bought two bottles to go the cran caramel [so good!] And the Applesox Cherry seltzer.
