Petco — Local services in East Wenatchee

Went to the Petco in East Wenatchee, which is an hour and half drive to buy fish. The associate was cleaning a tank, I asked how much a fish is and she stated at they were $$. I asked for 6 fish, she asked what size of tank and I let her know. She said that she could not sell them to me. I said ok and looked at other fish. The associate went to the back room and I looked to see if there was anyone else to help so I said help not yelling and another associate got another associate to help. I showed her witch ones I wanted. She acted like she was looking for something to put the fish in and went in the back room. About 5 minutes later the second associate came out talking to someone else when the first associate came over and said that they are refusing me services per their manager due to me yelling at the associate. I go to Wenatchee at least once of twice a year and stop by. This was the first time that I was refused service because I wanted fish. Thank you to the associates that show how people are treated just for answering their questions and sorry that their day was not very good. I got my husband a bearded dragon for his birthday from the Petco in Wenatchee about a month ago, she seemed fine and good, but I just came home to my husband saying that she had died, petco doesn’t take care of their exotic animals the way they should. And on top of all of that they had crickets and meal worms and horn worms for their lizards and their snakes were dead every container that had the live food for the reptiles were dead. Do not get your reptiles from petco go through a breeder instead at least with that you know that they are being raised and taken better care of. Petco is neglectful of their animals that they have and should no longer be in business it’s sick that the animals there are not being properly taken care of and the fact that all the live food is all dead! Unacceptable!...

I'm not a fan. I went to a new groomer yesterday. Honey bear was happy to be there and had no issues. At petco, she snipped and was stressed out. She is a 10 year old rescue, and I don't know her history, but she looks like a different dog in the comparison. The new groomer on the left , her fur is smooth and dark, absolutely beautiful. Petco is on the right. I was so upset when I picked her up I nearly cried, had brushed her daily, and washed frequently. No different than what I did this time. The petco shave down was right before zero degree weather. I won't ever go back to petco for grooming. The first couple of times were ok, but the last one in November , nope.
