Osman's Pizza Grill & Honduran Food — Restaurant in East Whiteland Township

I would give this place zero stars if it was an option. I ordered a pizza and they said 30 minutes. 45 minutes later, I called to ask about the delivery status. I was told the driver already left. I am less than a five minute drive away. 20 minutes later, I called again. I was told they have a lot of deliveries. While I was on the phone, their driver texted me and I called them. They said they had knocked on my door for 10 minutes. Never happened. I was sitting less than two feet from the door for the last two hours. When I challenged and told her that no one had knocked on the door, she more or less told me off. I called the restaurant back and the person their basically did the same. Apparently, this place is run by lunatics. Sadly, I come to this area every month and always order from them. Their pizza is good but tonight they decided they have too much business. Well, they can count on me never ordering from them ever again. Just too many places that actually care and treat customers with respect. Thankfully, there was a Wawa’s convenience store nearby. My door and he knocked again, speaking Spanish ( I still don’t know what he was trying to say) I called the store re the pizza: no result, no resolution, was told manager would be available the following week: Are You Kidding Me?
