This is the WORST Wawa I have EVER been to! And it's not like I've just gone there once and wrote them off, I have been there multiple times always thinking "let me give them one more try". ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! First of all they take about 10 -15 minute to get your food together which I could understand if they were under staffed and really crowded, right? Wrong, they always have at least six people behind the deli counter and they are either talking or just staring at the screens, not even ATTEMPTING to move. The cashiers are rude and literally grunt when you ask them for a bag. Not to mention the food I have received has been disgusting. I just came back from lunch and ordered a quesadilla, when I get back to my office and open it up the cheese wasn't even melted! There were literally sliced of cold cheese stacked on each other. After my spouse continuously giving me feedback every morning he stops at this wawa, I just had to give a review. Hopefully this is seen and changes are made. He typically stops early morning during the week, and orders food to take for his long day at work. (Usually from 5-8am) The employees are never happy! To top it off, after a long wait following placing the order, the food is horrible. Despite it being a "super" Wawa, it doesn't feel super. They used to have paninis, but no more. They used to have iced coffee (without ordering thru the screen), but now it's "make your own". The one cashier lady (not going to name names) is probably the slowest moving cashier in the surrounding counties.
Probably the most annoying thing to me though is the consistent way they cut quesadillas (pictured). What kind of savage does this on a regular basis?
