John and his wife Beth are incredibly welcoming — the kind of people who make you feel like you’ve known them for years.

The customer service is absolutely top-notch. John truly knows his stuff, whether you’re talking Pokémon, sports cards, or memorabilia. For buyers, the store is a treasure trove: rows of sports cards, Pokémon cards, jerseys, and more.

Pro: Nice clean and smells good They give snacks & coffee

Cons: Overpriced! You will find a lot of the cards over 150-200% over comp (understand that it is their store and they can price it whatever they want but anything over 50% is well to overpriced) try to negotiate but doesnt even come down to current market price

The man has a card that he and i agreed on the price & agreed on meeting at a parking lot but i ended up offering to pickup the card in the shop, but later on change his mind because he claimed that the card sold for more just recently but upon checking card was re-listed. The last 3 comp was under the actual price we even agreed on. Change his mind.

Overall still a greatstore but would never go back! Wheelhouse is 13mnt away from them and have nicer and reasonable prices and easy...
