Went here this past Sunday 8/27/17with my two grandsons . Walked in around 1pm there were two teenagers and male and female sitting behind the counter on the left and never looked up. We walked to the batting cages up and down the aisle looking to see which cage they wanted to use. No one approached us another teenage male walked past me and smiled but didn't ask if we needed help. Walked into the room with all the gloves and bats there was a young lady sitting on the counter behind the refreshments counter I said hello she said hello back but never asked if we needed help then she disappeared. We walked out into the lobby and still no one asked if we needed help. We were there at least 20 minutes. So we left and went to Tees and had a good time I will not be going back...

The arcade & games will keep the kids busy and they kids are always looking forward to playing games after hitting some balls. Cool...
