This place is a hidden gem! From the moment we walked in, we were treated like family by the owner and staff. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the service was top-notch.

But the real star of the show was the food! They even surprised us with some complimentary dishes, which was a lovely touch. The crispy chicken was absolutely perfect - lightly fried with a delightful crunch and juicy on the inside. It's clear they take pride in their ingredients and preparation.

And the ribs...wow! The marinade was absolutely spot-on, infusing the meat with flavor in every bite. It just fell off the bone - pure perfection.

If you live in the Hightstown/East Windsor area then you know hands down this place is your #1 go to fried chicken, ribs, and just about everything else in between spot. These guys are nothing but warm, happy to be there and provide fresh made to order chicken when you walk in. They always take care of you stay true to their mom and pop roots and provide a quality meal Everytime. There is something to be said about quality and consistency and this is what you get every time you come here. No frills chicken spot you come for the food it's just that good and satisfying. If you need to cater you can't go wrong also their macaroni salad...

You never know what you're gonna get with Chicken Holiday. The one by my father-in-law has terrible service and their fairly rude when answering the phone. By contrast, this franchise, while the store itself isn't much to look at, is family owned and the service is excellent. The staff is friendly and courteous.

Of course, this wouldn't mean much if the food wasn't any good. These guys have some of the best fried chicken I've had. Unlike KFC, they don't pre-fry their chicken; they fry the chicken to order so it's always hot and fresh for you. The chicken is very juicy and the seasoning is just right.
